The war has come and passed.
A week ago, we were to defend the Eiffel Tower of Paris. The enemy outnumbered us, 20 to 6. The numbers were discouraging, morale was down, all seemed lost. And, then, we got a tank. With a tank and 4 machine-gunners, we had much more of a fighting chance. The morale even skyrocketed as skirts were lifted, panties were shown, and thigh-highs were worn. We were ready, more than prepared, and in position as the enemy came up from the beach, over the crashed plane and through the fires. Given the orders from our Generalfeldmarschall, we opened fire upon the enemy, time seeming to go in slow motion at that point. All that was heard was the constant gunfire from our side, voices barely audible over it. Members from the opposing team seemed to disappear through the haze, some falling where they stood from the spray of our bullets. It was a long and exhausting battle that seemed to end in a draw. But, we took it as a personal win for our side due to our ability to decrease their numbers. A good battle fought valiantly.
Yesterday, it was Navy against Navy. But, due to us lacking in numbers once more, we grabbed whomever we could from any Battalion of ours. Best 2 out of 3 would be the victor. The first round wound up in a loss. The Admiral, temporarily promoted to that rank due to him being the highest ranking in the Navy, took in no opinions or suggestions, didn't even bother asking any of the troops. Not pointing fingers, but once Kanzler took over the reins, there was an obvious difference. Not only taking suggestions from his troops, but having another soldat, a naval one who has experience with these kinds of battles, strategically place our ships along the grid. It made all the difference as the second round was given to us for our win. Going the same route the third game, we were in the lead, having completely demolished and sunk three of their ships in the beginning. But, the enemy made a quick comeback, taking out three of our ships as well. Before long, both sides were down to one small vessel, it was just a matter of finding it. It came real close, but unfortunately, they had found ours first, sinking our small ship before we could finally get a lock onto theirs. The Naval battle ended in our defeat.
Today, some trickery and tom-foolery happened. Being told, last minute mind you, that there was yet another battle to be held, I was stressed about attending, but knew I could not let my fellow kameraden down. After receiving the details of the rendezvous point, I did not hesitate in making my way over to the Generalfeldmarschall. Being the only two on the scene, the entire of the enemy troops already there and in position, the Generalfeldmarschall was seemingly getting very worried and upset. Many of our soldats, our kameraden, had been seen nearby earlier in the day, but most were not coming to help at the call of our superior. I, myself, didn't understand the whole thing. We had many soldats, many troops, within our military, but rarely I've seen any of them, other than a handful, attend these past few battles for this war that was declared upon us. Either way, for this battle, we managed to gather up seven of our people against the enemy's 15. Regardless of the numbers, we were short on time, so we quickly made our way to the broken down tower that we were to defend and listened to our Generalfeldmarschall's orders, closely. Taking our positions as told, we immediately opened fire at the sight of the enemy climbing over a ridge, killing the first few. We watched as the enemy attempted to flank us, running along the hills and mountains in the distance from the right and the left. We had to fall back to the tower as some of the enemy troops managed to dodge our bullets and began to surround us. We fought valiantly and, based on the circumstances, won this battle with our advantageous higher ground and smart tactical strategy thought up by our Generalfeldmarschall, himself.
Finally, the long, tiring war ended with a more harmless challenge of capturing the flag. Due to many of the enemy team being there, it decreased our morale, made some of us see things go much more slowly, some of us even disappearing without a trace. They kept trying to kidnap us and make us into their P.O.W.'s, but we kept fighting back and escaping their grasps. This one consisted of a total of 5 rounds, first one to 3 wins would have either side win the war, it was anyone's game. The first, went to us. The second, to the enemy. The third round came around and that's when the enemy's dirty tactics came out. The ones on the sidelines attempted to capture our Generalfeldmarschall and Kanzler many, many times. Causing another win to go to the enemy, frustrating our superiors in the process. Beaten up beyond and exhausted, the Generalfeldmarschall, Kanzler, and the rest of us, gave it our all, but to no avail. The enemy had gotten their final win, and had won the war. Unfortunately... We had lost... And, with the final verdict, the War between our two militaries had ended.
