Jimin really wanted to know who 'h' was, so he wrote a note back.
It could literally be anyone, because the lockers at his school didn't have locks. He lived in a neighborhood with a decent school. There were only a few poor people. He never got how they even got into this school. Of course they got bullied, the poor people. Jimin didn't really pay attention to it.
He put the note in his locker and closed it. Then he went of to class.
