"Fuck you.
Fuck you very, very much.
'Cause we hate what you do and we hate your whole crew.
So please don't stay in touch."Zari sat behind her computer, aggressively typing, when Elena walked inside. 'What are you doing?'
Zari looked up from her computer, a frown on her face, 'Well, I was legally under Alaric's care, making me legally his daughter. So I'm trying to find out for how far you are legally under his care, in order to see if I'm now legally your guardian.'
'You're not I'm afraid, Alaric wasn't married to Jenna... Or maybe you are, I don't know if he requested guardianship.'
Zari sighed, 'Never mind, it doesn't really matter, as long as they're not going to check any-'
Elena screamed when out of the sudden Zari's computer blew up, 'WHAT THE HELL!?'
'Felicity, I hate you!'
'Who's Felicity?' Jeremy asked, announcing his presence.
'My friend, she's real good with hacking.'
'So she blew up your computer?!' Elena exclaimed, trying to calm her heartbeat by taking slow breaths.
'I've been ignoring her calls,' Zari explained, 'she wants me to get a boyfriend. I told you guys yesterday, love is not really my thing.'
'So she blew up your computer?' Jeremy repeated his sister, yet his expression was more that of amusement.
'You better call her back soon.'
Zari nodded, 'Yeah, that's probably the best idea.'
Jeremy looked p when someone knocked on the door, 'I'll open it.'
Zari glanced at what used to be her computer and groaned, she turned around and followed Jeremy to the door. And there he was staring in distaste at the man at the door. 'Hello, Za'Rijah. I'd be delighted if you'd join us over to a dinner at our mansion, tonight. Along with Elena and Jeremy.'
'Why would we ever step foot into the lion's den?'
'Jeremy,' Zari quietly scolded him.
'I understand if it's not to your liking, after all we have put this family through. But I have convinced my brother that we can do this in a different way.'
'And he's not going to suddenly loose his temper and kill the lot of us?'
Elijah shook his head and moved his gaze to Za'Rijah, she was dressed casually and her hair was quite the mess, yet somehow it only looked beautiful on her. 'Please, if anything happens, only slightly out of line, I will intervene. Niklaus is strong, but he can't take on me and Rebekah.'
'We will be there,' Zari told him, a smile she wasn't aware about lingering on her lips.
'We will?' Jeremy asked, raising his eyebrow.
