A New Day

Day 2: School

Ruby woke up, and went downstairs to get breakfast, she had cereal, she checked her phone, it was 6:35, she had to go to school in the next 25 minutes, she finished her breakfast, and went to school, someone ran up next to her, she jumped because she got scared, "Hi! I'm Ray. You new around here? Never seen you before" He said, she smiled and said "Yeah, I'm from Canada, I had to move because my dad was fired from his job" Ruby said, they kept walking, someone came out their house, "Hey Ray! Who are you?" She said, "I'm Ruby...you?" "My name is Apasara" She said, they kept walking they eventually got to school, they walked In and went to the lockers, they all grabbed their books, they went in their class, they all sat down on the same table, someone else sat their, "Hey guys, who's the new girl" he said, "I'm Ruby..." "I'm Im andrew" He said, "Okay class, we have a new student, Ruby Petanamla, come on up to the front..." The teacher said, Ruby started walking up to the front, she started getting stressed, she doesn't like audiences, "Where are you from? And why did you move to this state?" The teacher said, "I'm Ruby, I'm from Canada, and I moved here because my dad got fired from his job in Canada" She explained, "NO ONE CARES MAPLE JOCKEY" Someone yelled, (btw no offense to any canadians, it's only a story, 😐) Ruby's eyes started watering, she ran back to her table, she put up her Blue, Red, and Black hoodie hood up, and she started crying, "It's okay Ruby, she does that all the time" Apasara said,

4 hours later

"It's the end of the day, you wanna hang out with us, I got a game ready on the Playstation, I have 4 contollers, you a gamer Ruby?" Ray asked, "Yeah, but I think I'll stay home."
