Pokémon: Origins

File One: Purple

March 5th. 

My name is Violet. And I'm from New Bark Town in the Johto region. I just set out on a journey to become the Pokémon master. Of course, everyone I tell that to thinks I'm crazy or just insane. I want to go on the same quest that my idol went on. Although Red and Blue are the opposite, (No wonder they're rivals),  I suppose me and Silver are the opposite as well. I hope that you are reading this, mysterious person, because your letters  back are getting real suspicious. 

Suspicious, huh. Makes me sound like I'm a Team Rocket grunt or Executive. Please, I'm not cryptic like other trainers are. So you're Violet. The owner to my other diary. I had these two enchanted to be like a computer. But you can only write, not look things up. If you need help with where to go, I'm here. 

Oh, ok. Right now I'm heading to Azalea Town. I hear you can meet Kurt, the Pokéball creator there. Also, I plan on visiting Ilex Forest so I can train my Cyndaquil. Have you heard of Apricorns? 

Yes, I hear you can use them to make certain Pokéballs with them such as Premier Balls and Safari Balls. Bugsy is the gym leader in Azalea. As you can tell, he uses bug-types so that Cyndaquil will be perfect for that gym. Fire is super affective against Bug- and Grass- types. Also, it would be awesome to have a Flying-type for that gym. Pidgey, if you can find one. 

Thanks for the info I did not need, nameless boy. I am nearing the town but something tells me there is something wrong. I don't need to know what it is because it is standing in front of me. A Team Rocket grunt! He won't let me pass into the well so I fought him, and won. Now, Kurt has gone to save the Slowpoke from the evil team. Didn't they disband two years ago? 

The well or Team Rocket? Team Rocket disbanded two years ago because of my friend. Have you gone down to the gym yet? Or do you have to  get rid of Team Rocket first? 

I have to get rid of Team Rocket. Have you heard their motto? It's terrible. Really pathetic. "Prepare for trouble! And make it double!" Puh-lease. The grunts are easy to beat. 

I have to agree, with everything you said. Ugh, I'm so bored. I hope you can come over to where I am at. Alas, I am *wink wink* not stalking you through other people. 

April 9th. 

A whole month has passed since the last letter you wrote me. What in Hell's realm are you doing? I am currently going to Ollivine City. There's an sick Pokémon named Amphros who needs medicine from Cianwood City. This is a special Amphros, it helps power up the famous lighthouse. 

I heard of the lighthouse. I never been to Ollivine City though. When I went on my journey, I just stayed in Kanto, my home region. There is a special PokeMart in Cianwood, it has the normal things like Potions and Antidotes but when you get there, ask for the SecretPotion. It should cure Amphros. 

I have already figured it out. The Fighting-type gym is there in Cianwood so I can get that badge. 

October 10th. 

I am currently on my 17th gym badge. And on the road to Vermillion City. Last gym badge until the Pokemon League! Or as one may call it formally: The Indigo Plateau. I wonder who the gym leader is. 

V-Vermillion Gym? I heard that the gym leader is really tough. But the gym was just recently remodeled  to fit the gym leader's personality, all quick and easygoing. But it's like Team Rocket's base back in the days. A real maze. I can see a trainer coming up the path to the gym. I wonder who it is?

Oh--I believe that is me. I can see a figure standing behind the window to the gym. I wonder who it is. He looks like a Pokemon trainer by how he stands. An odd aura is around him...almost as if it's a summoning.
