A white canvas stretches as far as the eye can see, the horizon barely discernible where the great glaciers melted into the sky of the cold desolate land he had fought to survive in for more than 20 years now.Life was never meant to thrive here, only death and darkness. This was a sight Azakos was all too familiar with, as he sat in the small boat with large ice breaking metal plates, his fingers slowly going numb from the cold and his breath plainly visible in the morning sun.It didn't bother him though, as he felt the fire raging inside him,his blood boiling and his eyes crystal blue like a vast ocean full of focus. The task laid before him was simple: Slay the beast of Sumons.
AdVenari or 'The Order' as they have become known from rumors and stories spread by the common folk, are an elite organization that operate outside of the kingdoms laws. Located far north in the frozen tundra on Sommek Island, based in a small fort called Icewatch. Here they reside to train, protect and destroy those who would threaten the Kingdom. Be it fiends, fey, undead or any entity that could disrupt the peace. The Ad Venari are no ordinary soldiers. They are different - changed with dark magics, concoctions that alter their very being. They have sank to the depths of darkness and have emerged as something else entirely.
