"hello?" jane waves her hands in front of your face. "you've been spacing out lately. come on, choose your wedding dress!"
it has been one week. one week of jimin avoiding you, not even a glimpse of you during work when even you're both seating with each other. he still does gave you the coffee but you know it wasn't like before.
<one week before>
your stomach growled while jungkook was drawing circles on your arms. "i'm hungry."
"i'll go get some foods." he said.
you cupped his cheeks and kissed it. " its okay. i'll get it. you stay here." getting out of his grip, you immediately went to the fridge to find lots of your favourite food. just when you closed the fridge, jimin was leaning against the doorway.
"hi," he breathed out. jimin made his way to you as you stiffened. "you're getting married."
"yeah.." you sighed and looked at him with watery eyes. "i'm sorry."
"don't be." jimin hugged you tight as you hugged him back, burying your face on his toned ass chest.
"i'm happy for you even if it hurts me."
as soon as those words left his mouth, you sobbed even harder. you loved jimin more than anything even though your bestfriend just set you up with a random guy.
you pulled out of the hug, directly kissing him as your tears were still flowing down. he ran his hands over your waist as you cupped his cheeks. you pulled out of the kiss and closed your eyes, resting your forehead on his.
"i have to go."
he sighed, kissing your forehead. "alright." jimin hugged you again tightly. "i love you okay?"

"are you okay?" jane asked you again and again, making sure you're alright. you nod your head, sighing. "you know you could tell me anything."
"i love jimin."
jane of course, wasn't surprised because bestfriend knows everything. "then why don't you wanna be with him? just tell jungkook to-"
"I don't want to hurt kookie, jane. he's too good and fragile. he's actually the man i have been waiting for! jimin....he's just so fucking...." you burst out sobbing as jane hugged you. "he's j-just so..i f-fucking l-love him!"
"its alright." your bestfriend hugged you as you continued to sob on her arms.
"i-i'll get over him." wiping your tears away. "soon."
"but it'll be hard."
sighing, you gave jane a small smile. "i know."
