My name is Lauren -Mae Clayton. I'm 13 years old and about to go into year 9. The reason im writing this is because I want to help people because I know many people in this world need help but they are scared to talk about it to people they know or adults or in extreme cases the police or hospital.
Despite my age I've been through a lot and I don't want people to suffer the way I did. Now I wonder most of you are thinking how did I put up with it. We'll I used to self harm (2 months clean). I don't want any of you guys to do this because just from opening this book and reading this far I already like you and want to help you.
