"hi areum!!" jungkook smiled as he brought me into a tight hug, making me buried into his warm chest.

"hi daddy!" i smiled as i hugged him back.

"ready to go?" jeon smiled as we let go of the warm hug.

"yup!" i smiled happily. both of us walked out and i locked the door, then started to walk hand in hand to wherever jeon was taking me.

i wore a brown shorts with a white off shoulder top. jeon wore brown pants with a white top. we didn't plan to match but we did anyways hehe!

"where are we going?" i smiled.

"just wait and see cutie!!" he giggled.

"is it somewhere special?"

"of course! a special girl has to be taken to a special place"

"jungkookkk you know how impatient i am!!" i whined and pouted.

"i know" jungkook smiled "cmon, we're nearly there!!".

"really?" i asked. we just left my house, how can we already be near? "we just left!".

"i know" chuckled jeon.

after about two minutes, we reached what looked like an arcade.

"ahh i'm so excited!" i giggled as i jumped up and down.

jungkook ruffled my hair "cmon let's go inside!" he exclaimed, smiling happily.

"okay!" i smiled.

"jungkook! look!" i exclaimed as i pointed at a racing game "can we play?".

"of course!" he smiled "i'm gonna beat you!" we walked over to the machines.

"no i am!" i argued, staring at him while trying not to smile.

jungkook giggled suddenly "lets see about that cutie!".

we both sat in the seats of the game, side by side. we inserted a token and the game started.

"i'm gonna win!" jungkook chuckled.

"lets see about that" i said, as the machine started counting down. once it hit zero, both of our cars zoomed ahead.

for the first two laps, jungkook was winning– but he didn't know that i had a plan mUAHAHHAHA!!! just before he crossed the finish line, for him to win, i zoomed ahead and beat him to it.

a gold medal with the number 1 was displayed on my screen with confetti. jungkook had a silver medal with number 2, but with no confetti.

"i beat you!" i giggled.

jungkook pouted "i'm still going to beat you at the other games!".

"jungkook!" i chuckled at his response.

"can we play ddr??" he smiled cutely.

"okay!" i giggled.

both of us went to the ddr machine and inserted a token each. we chose a song and the machine started counting down.

then the music started playing. both of us started dancing to the beat! it was really fun and i got slightly tired towards the end.

in the end, jungkook won!

"i beat you!" he giggled cheekily.

i pouted "you're so good at ddr! i can't even dance well!".

"i should teach you sometime!" smiled jeon "cmon lets go play more games!"

"okay!" i giggled and smiled happily.

the rest of the night went really well! we played so many games and it was so fun spending time with jungkook. i would always get butterflies whenever he smiled. it was like heaven!

it was around 11pm when we had almost played every game in the arcade.

"areum~" jungkook sang.

"hm?" i smiled happily at him.

"lets play that game?" jungkook pointed at a game. it looked like a racing game. it looked different and interesting! it looked retro and cute!

"okay!" i giggled.

both of us sat next to each other and started playing the game. it was so cute and wholesome! there was hearts everywhere and rainbows! it was so cute and i loved the race track and the map!

jungkook was so far behind me that after the third lap, i won. confetti rained down on the screen.

then something came on the screen.

"areum, you make my heart 'race' every time i see you! will you be my girlfriend?"

my heart stopped. i was so surprised because i didn't expect it! i knew immediately that it was jungkook because of the pun!

i turned to face him. he was covering his mouth and giggling. i could tell he had a huge smile and he was blushing so much as we made eye contact. i was so shocked.

i hugged him tightly "of course!!".

"r-really?" jungkook smiled happily as he hugged me back.

"yes!" i smiled.

he giggled and looked at me "i love you areum"

"i love you too jungkook"
