Sitting at the clanky swing, feeling the warm breeze kiss my tears away.
I was in middle school when I met her.
"Hey there! Why are you sad?"
I lifted my head from the voice calling me from afar. It's her.
"Nothing.."
She ran to me and smiled widely at me.
"I-I know what can cheer you up." She said, sprinting off
Few minutes later, she came back with to ice cream. One is mint the other is strawberry.
She gave me one and sat on the other side of the swing
"Now tell me. Why were you crying? I promise I won't tell."
