IT WAS 1922 when Charlotte first met Niklaus Mikaelson. His sister Rebekah had taken a special liking to the inhuman vampire that just wanted to create havoc. Charlotte was intrigued, the original vampires of the world had accepted her into their little group as they stayed in Chicago.
Charlotte hadn't been in Chicago for over a decade, entering again made her remember the last events of a certian party. A certian man. A ripper. Yet, she tossed the thought aside and followed the Mikealsons into a local bar.
Rebekah kept her hand intertwined with Charlotte's as they entered. Rebekah's admiration for the girl went way past a friendship, Charlotte knew that. It was fun, something to pass the time. She didn't mind at all. Nor did Niklaus, as he was always smiling at the two. Despite the unruly pair, a vampire who didn't feel and a vampire who felt immensely, he didn't discard the relationship.
Whatever it was.
Jazz music and a feminine voice was playing as the three entered the bar, a local and very famous for it attraction. Approaching the bar, Klaus ordered them each drink. Out of the corner of her eye, Charlotte spotted a face. They were turned to her with a hint of a smile.
Charlotte knew exactly who it was, much to her surprise, but surpressed the urge to look into his devilish eyes. Not yet at least. Tossing back her drink, she encouraged Rebekah to dance. The blonde was more than happy to obliged. Spinning the blonde with a twirl of her hand, she lead her to the dance floor.
Charlotte smelt many opportunities of snack, placing her mind back to that party so many years ago. How not once dod they remove their blindfolds to reveal their faces, yet when her eyes found his, only for a second, she knew.
"I'm in need of a snack, you in?" Charlotte taunted Rebekah, who agreed. Rebekah wanted to do anything with Charlotte, despite the fact Charlotte only dragged her along for fun. Charlotte scowered the floor, spotting the perfect gentleman. Pressed suit, glass of whiskey in his hand and a pointed look.
Charlotte sauntered her way up, eyes locking to his as she approached the bar, waving her fingers to the bartender. "Martini, please." Her voice soft, attracting the man towards her. She turned her body to the man, watching his lips twitch to a smile. "What is a beautiful woman doing alone on a friday night?"
"Nothing particularly." Charlotte took a sip, hazel eyes twinkling with mischief. "Want to make it interesting?" Her words were enticing, making him agree instantly. She downed her drink, grabbed his hand and lead him towards a door.
Her eyes looked across the room, memorable green eyes watching her every move. Hello Ripper. She smirks, turning away and entering the room. The man's jacket was already discarded when she pressed their bodies together. Her teeth ached for a bite, her fingers trailing his neck. She tapped it once.
"What is your name?" She whispers into his ear. She didn't care for the name, but she knew someone who did. "Kain." She chuckles lightly. "Well, Kain. I need you to be quiet." Her eyes locked with his, compulsion spreading through his mind. His mouth stayed shut, all until his last breath as she fed.
