Surprise

It has been a while since my alarm has woken me up. Yet instead of being at the gym, i'm busy admiring the love of my life, my Vaish. I purposely made her take a leave today. She's been working hard as an assistant of an arrogant CEO. So am glad to have her to myself on her big day. My baby is twenty-six today.

Vaish begins to move in the bed, i run my hand in her soft hair causing a smile on her lips. Gently i gave her a peck on her lips and whispered a, "happy birthday love",  before getting up.

I grabbed a t-shirt and walk to the kitchen. I started looking for the ingredients and in an hour everything was ready. I looked at the clock and realised that it was eight. Normally she would wake up at six if she was going to work. Guess i'll have to wake her up. Smiling to myself, i think about the ideas on how am i going wake her up.

"Babe, wake up", I said softly in Vaish's ears. She stirred in the bed but did not wake up. I was going to wake her up by kissing her like i normally do but shouldn't we get out of our routine sometimes.

So, i went in the kitchen and brought some ice cubes. I didn't have the heart to do this but i can't help it. I'll make it up to her tonight. Sliding her shirt, i gave a kiss on her bare shoulder before moving the ice over there.

With a yelp, she woke up immediately. This was totally unexpected for her. She glared at me before moving from the bed. Just as she was about to get up, i held her hand tightly before pushing her in the bed. Her body had stiffened but she did not fight me, guess she was too tired for that. She continued to glare at me though, her cute nose flaring.

I held her hand softly in mine. I kissed her hands gently before kissing a peck on her forehead. She relaxed a bit with the pecks. I give a peck to her cute nose and stopping at her lips.
I whispered a, "happy birthday babe" and kissed her with love.
She kissed me back with equal passion and whispered, "thank you" against my lips.
