Into Darkness

Hi everyone, I don't know why but my brain wanted to write dark themes with a policeman Beam and Gangster Forth because...smut and danger...or because of the new HIStory season 3 coming up soon...

No Phana, no Wayo, no Kit, no Ming in this story but expect to see Park and Lam.

It is going to be a one-shot since I need to be focus on The Moon and his lover which is coming soon to an end.

General Pov.

Beam has integrated the criminal police, it has been five years now. 

It was his dream to become a police detective to make the world a better place.

He was idealistic, a fact his partner loved to mock him with.

Beam didn't care about Cho's opinion...

He wasn't a big fan of the man but New York was a big town and the police captain thought Cho could appreciate being a partner with a Thai American police detective...so he accepted.

And since this fated day, Beam was regretting his nice sacrifice. The man was anything but a model policeman, misplacing pieces of evidence and being a bit too casual with some suspects...the list was long. Beam felt dirty just breathing the same air as the man.

Cho was older by a few years and he was taking care of his body well. He was way taller than Beam and well-muscled which made him a good asset to impress suspects.  It was maybe for this reason only, Beam accepted to take him as his new partner since his former one...has been killed in the line of duty.

For the umpteenth times, Cho cursed under his breath. He got carried a little bit away during his interrogation time with that hooker...it wasn't his fault if she has such a bubble ass...and she was giving head like no one he had ever met before...

But his stuck-up partner kept on calling him...

'Has he never heard of voice mail? Such a goodie two shoes!'

He cursed when he realized there were lipstick marks in the corner of his shirt collar.

'Great! Now he won't get off my back!'

Beam didn't even spare him a glance when Cho arrived one hour later on the crime scene. Only the head of the coroner team, Cordelia, was standing to him. She rolled her eyes when Cho smiled at her. This man was terrific at making her skin crawls.

"Sorry I was taken somewhere else...what did I miss?"

Still not acknowledging his presence, Beam explained the new case. 

"A hand has been found on the site of Delmare Inc. construction site by one of the workers. Right now, the overseer was authorized to give our tech team the recording of the CCTV. In the meantime, the CEO assistant of Delmare Inc. is willing to meet with me..."

Cho, who was nodding as Beam was talking, stopped to look at him.

"Why only you?"

Still not giving him a glance, Beam shrugged.
