It's my last day at the hospital and to be honest I'm ready to go home.

"Kiara Brown" The doctor said

"Yes" I answered

"You are free to go" He said

I pulled out my phone to call my boyfriend

"Bae can you pick me and my sister up from the hospital" I asked

"You ain't text me or call me all week and you want me to pick you up?" He said

"I couldn't" I said

"What you mean you couldn't" He asked

"Im still in California" I said

"How" He asked

"Just pick me up" I said ready for him to say ok

"Alright but we gone talk when we get home" He said

"Ok" I said

"What was that about" Kiana asked

"Nothing he just really getting on my nerves" I said

"From the looks of it you doing him wrong" She said

"Girl stay in a child's place" I said

"Nah cuz he not even the father of that baby and you act like that shit cool" She said

"Listen I don't need this" I said finna walk out the door

She went in front of me and stood in front of the door

"Kiana move" I said

"Nah cuz ain't nobody else gonna tell you, you don't even seem sad that the baby gone you just act like you ok now cuz you don't have to tell your boyfriend that the baby died and he not the father cuz you was being a hoe" I said

I slapped her in her face

"I told you to stay in a child's place!"

I pushed her on her stomach

She started shaking and shit and I panicked

"DOCTOR!!! DOCTOR!!" I screamed

"What's goi- SHES GOING INTO SHOCK" the doctor yelled

He layed her on the bed and pushed me out the room

I should've just left it alone none of this would be happening I could lose my sister over some argument my boyfriend dead because of my brother and my sister might die because of me. I can't take this no more Im just finna leave for a while

I pick up my backpack and leave the hospital

I get a call from an unknown number

"Is this Terius Brown" a man asked

"Why you need to know" I asked

"A girl named Kiara Brown has went into shock earl-"

"SHE WENT INTO SHOCK!?" I yelled confused

"She stable right now she got into a fight earlier with another girl that was with her an-

I hung up

"Ciara!!" I yelled

"What?!" She yelled back

Demarcos came down the stairs all dressed up and shit like they finna go somewhere

"Where y'all finna go" I asked

"Nowhere" Ciara said mugging Demarcos

"Well Kiara and Kiana got into a fight and Kiara went into shock they said she stable right now but I'm finna go see her"

"I'm finna come" She said

Demarcos had a annoyed look on his face

"Nah y'all do ya thing" I laughed

"What thing ain't no fucking thing" Ciara yelled

"Well whatever the fuck y'all got going on I got this" I said

"You sure" Ciara asked me

"He sure now let's go" Demarcos said

I walk out

15 minutes later

I walk into the room Kiara was in I see her hooked up to tubes and shit A tear fall down my face. She shouldn't have to go through all this

"I'm so sorry" I said

She gave me a confused look. "For what" she asked

"I should've been there for you" I said

"There was nothing you could do I slapped Kiana, I started it I just couldn't handle the truth she gave it to me straight up and I lost it now God knows where she out right now" She cried

"SHE NOT HERE!!!?" I yelled

"You don't see her do you" she said

"I thought she was in the bathroom" I said

"Well she not" she said

I called Kiana phone but she ain't pick up

"Is she answering" she asked

I ignored her dumb question I began to dial 911 but I just killed somebody and we just shot up the police station so I'mma have to find her myself

"Alright Kiara I'mma come back tomorrow and get you"

"Ok cuz ion think my boyfriend coming to get me anymore" she said

"Ight bye" I said walking out

I can never catch a break
