Bright and Dark

PART ONE

One day Jimin went online to look for a new maid because his old maid had to leave for reasons unknown. . .  He browsed through a list of maids in a website that he only came upon by chance. But the thing was, he came upon a website that was not meant for humans to go looking through. Jimin was not on any normal maid website… It was one meant for creatures who weren't living or dead.

Vampires.

Jimin was clueless about any of this information and he never even bothered to get a background check of the website. Was that his first mistake or maybe his new beginning? He didn't know that none of the girls were human and then he stumbled upon a girl’s profile who’s name read: S. Once he read through everything on the profile for the things he needed, he decided that she would be perfect for the job and called the number provided in the website, so he could ask for S.

One week passes. . .

When S came to the came to the front doors of the mansion-- the home of Jimin, she was greeted by the butler.

”Hey! Your S, right? The new maid of Mr.Park?” he said.

”Yes I am. It's nice to meet you,” I said, politely. Hold the fuck up. I'm working for a dude!?

”Mr.park isn't home right now but he wanted me to show you around the estate and to the room you will be staying in,” said the butler.

The butler led me through the large mansion, showing me to my room first. The butler then shows me where everything was in my room and tells me that he'll wait right outside door and that once I finish getting dressed into my maid uniform, he’ll start showing me the other sights to see in and out the mansion.

Once the tour of the mansion was finished, I started to get the place cleaned, because every human now a days are really moody when they come home to a mess. This is why I hated humans but I did need money and I also have to earn my vawn-- an important ring that all vampires must earn.

I cleaned for five hours straight and I got every part of the house clean but the owner of the place still wasn't back yet, so I took a quick thirty minute shower but I forgot to get my clothes! I had to rush to my room, in a towel, but I heard my name being called which scared me.

“Hey S-- wait that's your name right?”asked some stranger who may have been the one who hired me?

“Ummm yes and you are!?” I asked, with an eyebrow raised.

“Oh! I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you. I'm Taehyung, Jimin's best friend.” he said, with a smile.

“Oh! It's okay and it’s nice to meet you, Taehyung,” I said. Wait I’m still in my towel. . . I really hope he isn’t a pervert. “Umm-- I have to go bye!” I said and started running to my room because it was starting to get weird.

Fifteen minutes later, Jimin arrives. . .

Jimin P.O.V

I walk into the mansion after working really hard at work today. Dumbass papers I had to fill out-- I’m fucking tired-- I’m about ready to sleep!

”Welcome back home sir!” said the butler, in greeting.

“Hey umm-- has S, the maid, arrive yet?” I rubbed my eyes because of how tired I was.

“Yes Mr. Park. She is upstairs and Tae is here too,” he informs.

“Can you tell her to come to my room so I can meet and speak with her,” I asked him. He nods and starts walking in the direction of S's room.

S P.O.V

Knock! knock!

“Yes!?” I ask.

“Miss S! Mr.Parks would like to speak to you!” the butler said from outside my bedroom door.

“Alright I'll be right there! Give me a minute! I have to take care of something really fast!” I said. Oh my goodness! I’m so hungry!. I haven't had blood since the morning. I don't wanna end up biting Jimin. I can’t have him know that I’m not human.

I head over to Jimin’s room and you could literally hear my stomach growling. I was super pale-- more than I originally was when I entered Jimin’s room.

“Hi Umm...I-I'm S-- your n- n-new maid,” I stuttered because of the unbearable stomach pain.

“Are you alright, S?”Jimin asked.

“Yes I am,” I said. If I let him know that I’m hungry-- I won't be able to eat the food he'll give me because normal food isn't gonna help at all.

Jimin P.O.V

Her eyes. . . they turned purple and what’s happening to her face?! It's turning-- veiny?! Is s-she a. . .
