Lightvales (chapter 3)

3rd person P.O.V.

It didn't take long before Frisk arrived to the house of the Lightvales. It was pretty calm. He went to one of the Windows to take a closer look. When Frisk noticed Agate in the house. He immediately spawned his sword. But on second thought. It was best if he didn't go yet. He noticed something about Agate. In the history book it said that her soul trait was bravery. But right now. He noticed that she had brown eyes. Frisk realised that Agate had already performed the spell on herself. It looked like Agate had just entered the house. So that meant she was gonna challenge her brother soon. Frisk saw two other people enter the room. A girl about his age and.....the Wizard of Determination. Frisk didn't knew exactly what his name was.

Copper P.O.V.

It's already been 30 minutes since Agate returned. When she came back home. Me and Amber were really happy to see her once again. I welcomed her with opened arms but after that hug. She asked me for a rematch. I refused since it was already settled that if I won the first duel we would break the barrier. She seemed very furious when I refused. She spawned her spear who was now brown and hit me with it which made me fall on the floor.

"FIGHT ME!" my sister said angrily.

I was about to take my sword out. But I couldn't bring myself on fighting her again. Agate gave me an uncomfortable grin and turned her back on me. I noticed that Agate was now facing my little Amber. She was about to kill her. I finally stood up and took my sword out and started fighting Agate. I told Amber to run and she did. Instead of Agate minding her own business and continued fighting me. She shot fire towards Amber which almost killed her. My sister pushed me and made me fall on the floor again. Before I could even stand up. Agate took her spear, pointed it at Amber.

"NOOOOOOOOOOO!" I yelled. But it was too late.

I watched my own sister killing the other. I suddenly felt all my Determination disappearing. I couldn't do anything anymore. Without my Determination I couldn't fight back. Without Amber I couldn't stay determined. Agate went towards me and prepared her weapon to stab me. Before her spear could even touch me. Someone or some kid in front of me blocked it with.....a red shield.
