"Hey there, tiny." Taylor rests on her elbows as she presses a kiss to the belly of her heavily pregnant wife. "He can't hear you, Tay." Karlie laughs as she runs a hand across her stomach and Taylor rolls her eyes, "of course he can, I read it in that book you keep refusing to read." Karlie chuckles, and the singer smiles as she shakes her head.

Ever since they found out they were going to have a baby, Taylor has been reading every baby book that she can find. But it got to a point where Karlie just couldn't read any more about the possible trauma her vagina is about to go through and instead she is choosing to remain oblivious.

"Your Momma is being stubborn." Taylor smirks as she keeps talking to their son, and Karlie's hand massages her side as she feels a firm kick to the ribs. "That was mean, tiny." She frowns, but Taylor laughs as she kisses the spot where he kicked. "You're already teaming up on me and he isn't even here yet." Karlie pouts at her wife and Taylor crawls up the bed as she settles beside her. "We're always a team. It's you and me against the world, remember?" Taylor smirks and leans forward to press a kiss to Karlie's lips which the model happily reciprocates.

"When are your parents getting here?" Karlie hums and Taylor rolls over onto her side as she nuzzles her face into her wife's neck. "My mom said they'd be here on Sunday, just before your due date."

When they got married, Taylor and Karlie decided that they wanted to live somewhere neutral and away from paparazzi, and then when they got pregnant, Karlie wanted to be around her family more so they eventually settled down in Saint Louis. Taylor's parents are flying in to help out when the baby arrives since they know they're going to need as much help as they can get.

"He's excited to meet his grandparents." Karlie chuckles as baby boy starts kicking her again and Taylor smiles a content smile, she still can't believe this is her life. "We're more than excited to meet you, little guy." She hums as she traces the movements of their son in his momma's belly, his every flip visible as he starts running out of room. "He's gonna love you so much, Tay. He already knows who his mommy is and he always will." Karlie kisses Taylor's forehead, she knows her wife has been nervous about their son not knowing her or not feeling like his mom just because she didn't carry him, but Karlie knows better. It takes so much more than that to be a good mom and Taylor has enough love for this little human being for the two of them.

"Are we going to be good parents?" The singer's curious eyes look up to her wife and Karlie smiles gently, "we'll make mistakes, that's for sure, but if we love him and accept him for whoever he may be and raise him to be a good human being, then I'm sure we'll be the best parents we can be." Taylor simply nods, that's all the response she needs.

"I love you, Kar." She presses a light kiss to her wife's chin and Karlie chuckles as she kisses the tip of the blonde's nose, "I love you too, Tay." They laugh as baby boy gives a firm kick to his momma's rib, "we love you too, little guy."
