I sighed, again, before I got out of my car. I was about to step out when mr. Lee spoke."Are you okay? Or are you having a fever?? Its been 10 minutes now after we reached here."
I don't want him to worry, " No! Im fine. Perfectly fine. " I said shaking my hands infront of him. I immediately walked off. I shouted bye to him without even looking at him,
I walked down the busy, noisy hall. I was thinking about what happened between me and taehyung at the beach last night. It was all so weird. After thinking all night, I have decided to act as if nothing happened and be the normal me.
As I was about to approach my locker, i saw a figure leaning against it. I got closer to my locker to recognise that figure. I was a bit shocked to see jungkook with a nervous face. I had never seen that expression.
"Um.. morning jennie" he greeted me, nervously as he noticed me. "Hey, jungkook. Good morning'' I said with my eye brows raised. I was busy stuffing things in my bag. After I finished, I closed the locker's door and I shoved my bag over my shoulder. I could see jungkook still there from the corner of my eyes.
As I started to walk, I heard jungkook following me. I wonder what was he up to. "Here let me help me your bag." I was startled by the sudden offer from jungkook. "Umm .. its ok. I can handle it" i said nervously. "No. Let me help you."
I tried my best to hold on to my bag but he managed to take my bag away. "Lets head to the class together." He stated. "But.. you are..." before I could even finish my sentence, he graped my hands and started to head towards our class. I was in shock and didn't know what to do. After few minutes of walking down the hallway, with him holding my hand, we reached our class , I mean my class cause he was in a different class. I dont know why he came till here with me when he was in a different class.
"I need to tell you something. Can you please meet me at the rooftop after class? Only for some few minutes, Please?" He said still helding my hands. " um.. why not?" I replied which made him smile with. "Oh. Great then. I will be waiting for you at the rooftop for you after class." He said tightening the grip. "Umm.. jungkook. My hands." As soon as I said that he let go of my hands and rubbed his hands behind his neck while i was just putting some of my hairs behind my ears nervously.
The atmosphere became tense and uncomfortable silence was making me sick. Suddenly, I heard jungkook cough. " um.. wi-will see you after school. Umm.. bye Jennie." After that He left.
