Are great friends working from London.  their are all Doctor X Scientists except for Mr. Kousaka because he is a trained secret service.

Mr. Nishikino thought of making their own experiment so the others agreed,  they took some of their blood test and combined them to make a child.

Mr. Nishikino took a blood from someone that is not his wife's blood then created Tsubasu Kira, Tsubasu Kira and Mako Nishikino was created in the same day but Tsubasu Kira was passed 12 o' clock so that makes them one day apart.

When Mr. Nishikino saw that Mako has greater power than Tsubasu he disposed him and gave him to foster family, Mako stayed in the lab with the others.

Mrs. Nishikino accidentally added a substance in the blood of Mako and some rats,  the serum got spilled and the rats grew stronger which made them got out of their cages.

Thousands of people died in black death,  until Ms. Ayase created a cure then injected Mako and the other rats that didn't got spilled by the serum.

Mr. Kousaka invited her wife inside the lab,  unknowingly that Mrs. Kousaka has other plans.

Mrs. Kousaka asked if she can make them future soldiers,  but then they disagreed which made Mrs. Kousaka hate them, she begged her husband to help him take the children's but Mr. Kousaka didn't agree.

Mrs. Kousaka planned and planned until she thought of an idea,  it's either taking the experiments or the children then raise them as soldiers.

Mr. Kousaka heard all his wife's plan and decided to tell his friends,  Mr. Kousaka told them to leave London and go to Japan and leave there with him. They agreed as Mr. Nishikino paid for their ride,  leaving Mrs. Kousaka in London.

They raised their children well and educated them,  Mr. Kousaka always spying them, forgetting the family he left in London.

When the children turned 4-6 that is the time Mrs. Kousaka took their family away from the children,  Mr. Kousaka rescued them then left Tokyo going to Okinawa training them and building their body.

By the age of 11-13 the children looking mature and adult started their first mission,  taking down Mrs. Kousaka

And yeah lik what happened to Mako dream gonna skip this part.

After the Mission and Mako getting psychopath,  they found homeless children's and raise them with the help of Mr. Kousaka's friends.

Mako name the ash-gray haired and the redhead boy You and Ruby, Eri named the blue haired boy, Kanan.

As for the other blue haired boy, it was named by Uhyou, Yoshiku. Erenu naming the violet haired boy,  Seiki, Ren naming the cheerful orange haired boy as Chiko.

Both we're trained by Kenny and Roger, friend's of Mr. Kousaka.

Damon, continuing his friends job, he trained the the teenagers.
