The Prologue

In a small cabin in the woods inside a bedroom there were two people a small girl with short black hair with red tips lying down in bed and at the side of the bed there sat on a chair reading a story to the little girl was a women who looked like an older version of her in a white cloak these two people were Ruby and Summer Rose
Summer : Alright this is the last story ok. Said Summer to her daughter as it was getting late
Ruby : ok can you tell me the story of a hero
Ruby asked her mother with pleading eyes
Summer : Ruby you always want to hear story's about hero's said the mother
Ruby : Pleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplea-
Summer : Ok ok i'll tell you the story of the last King of Vale the king of knights.
Summer : And his name was King Arthur ...
Summer : Arthur was the first born son of the previous king of vale however these were troubled times of war and so the previous king afraid for his son asked his adviser Merlin, Merlin had told him to have Arthur raised in secret by only his most trusted knights after he had Arthur sent away on his deathbed the king told Merlin to take the sword that was the Pendragon family heirloom and magically plant it in a stone so only one who was worthy could pull the sword from the stone and when they did they would become king after the previous king died many tried to pull the sword from the stone but none could even make it budge and every day grew more dangerous because there was a threat of invasion from any of the kingdoms soon 18 years had passed without a king and the kingdom of vale decided to have a joust so that whoever won the joust became king and during that time Arthur had been taught by Merlin and his fathers most trusted knight and so the day of the joust came and Merlin decided to bring Arthur to the sword and he pulled from the stone becoming king that day had not been that glorious as many thought because that same day Atlas decided to attack and try to seize as much land as possible from vale but they were fought of by King Arthur and all the knights that he had gathered and eventually the kingdom of vale had returned and it was known by all the other kingdoms that King Arthur of Vale and his knights would fight back against every enemy that dared attack Vale a year later however in a battle his sword Caliburn (the sword of the stone) ha been broken so Merlin directed him to a lake were it could be fixed by a great fairy he ha d given her Caliburn to fix and she had given him two gifts she gave him the Holy sword Excalibur ( sword of promised victory) and the sheath that healed all his wounds and gave him immortality Avalon when he had returned he formed his knights of the round table and chose few knights who deserved that honour but what he didn't know was that the previous king had another child that was jealous of Arthur and her name was Morgan de la Fey she had been so jealous that she decided to use grimm magic and used grimm against her brother so she stole some of his blood and had made a fake human with the blood a knight she would use to infiltrate the knights of the round and kill him his name was Mordred and so it worked Mordred had eventually managed to sneak into the knights of round and during a battle Arthur had lost Avalon so they finally made a trap for him and all the knights had died in that battle but before they could escape Arthur had struck down his sister and his "son" and had tasked the surviving membre of his knights to bring Excalibur back to the Lady of the Lake.
Summer : And so that ends the tale of the last King of Vale King Arthur
Ruby : Whaaaat! Is that really how it ends i dont like the ending Ruby said with a pouting face
Summer : Well that's how it ends so go to bed now good night sweetie. Summer said kissing her on the forehead and tucking her in
Ruby : Good night mommy. Ruby said sleepily as Summer walked out the room and closing the lights and the door.

(A/N : So how's the prologue i admit i rushed a bit at the end but this is the story that everyone else in remnant knows so hope you enjoy )
