"Thanks a lot" you say to the valet as you hand him your keys and start walking towards the building. You were meeting some friends for dinner and you were running late. You reach for the handle of the door when someone opens it walking out "Y/N" you mentally kick yourself "Erik" you say smiling.
"Crazy how we keep bumping into each other huh, I saw you at the bridal shower, the cafe, now here" nodding in agreement these interactions were becoming to common for your liking, no one wanted to see there ex this much especially not an ex they still had feelings for "Aye Y/N could we finish our talk?" Erik says rubbing his neck "I'm actually meeting someone" you half lie awkwardly "Look I just have so much that I have to say to you and" you sigh rolling your eyes.
"Aight let's get this over with Erik you hurt me okay, I don't know what else to say" he looked down "I put my all into us and that was hard to do considering when we met you were a hoe trying to murder his cousin and shit. I held you down even when you were cold and secretive. I loved you with everything I had, I trusted you" smiling you shrug a little bit.
"I really trusted you despite everything". "Look I can say I'm sorry a million more times than I already have but i'm hurting too Y/N" you pull your head back in shock "Your hurting?" Did this nigga really just try and go there. You were honestly baffled by the audacity of this man "Yes I'm hurting too not being with you is"
"Do you know what it feels like to be ignored Erik, to be overlooked? I ain't never made you play second to nobody and you did that. I always took your feelings into consideration and you couldn't do that for me" You shake your head "I knew what I saw and I knew what I felt and I trusted you and doubted myself when I wasn't wrong" Erik looked at you sadly "I know you kissed her too" you say crossing your arms "She kissed me and I pulled away immediately" Erik quickly defended you shrug again "It still happened"
"And it shouldn't of happened I know, I made a mistake Y/N and here I am really trying to fix this with you. If you were anyone else I wouldn't even care, but your different Y/N I'm sorry" you sigh "I don't even know why I'm having this conversation with you" Erik steps closer to you"Cause you still love me be real" you look away from him "I don't want anyone else I want you" silence falls between the two of you.
"Well then act like it Erik, I'm tired of words I need actions, until then treat me like I was anyone else" Erik smiles at your words he always loved a challenge and he wasn't about to let you go so easily. You pull the door open starting to walk in "Yo Y/N" you stop looking at him.
"I'm having a party this weekend with my cousin you should come" you stare at him "I'll text you the information so if your free and feel like coming you'll be prepared " you smile "I'll let you know" was all you said before entering the building.
"Y/N" all your friends scream at once and you rush over to them hugging them one by one. You all sat down and ordered your drinks and meals beginning to chat it all up. "Now Nat you know you wrong for inviting not only Erik but that whore to your bridal shower" your friend Shay says and you shake your head.
"In my defense Y/N I had no clue I've been so wrapped up in the wedding I didn't even double check anything" you wave her off "You have nothing to apologize for honey invitations were out it's no big deal really" Shay sucks her teeth "Lucky I wasn't there" you laugh "Yeah luckily I had Lea's sane ass to keep me from ruining Nat's party" Lea shrugs "I was honestly wishing you would of hit her" Natalie gasp "Glad she didn't but still" you all burst into a simultaneous laughter.
"I just saw Erik" you admit taking a sip of your drink "He invited me to a party" Shay sucks her teeth "Fuck Erik's ass" Natalie rolls her eyes "No seriously don't give him the time if the day Y/n why should you" Shay was always your no bullshit tell it like it is friend your beat ass now deal with consequences later friend.
