"heyooo!" the boy said through the phone, with his kid like smile. camila couldn't process her words, she felt as if she was dreaming. all that could come out of her mouth was a soft chuckle. "here, give me a second. i'll move somewhere else so you can see me better." he propped himself up from the bed, made his way to a table, turned on a lamp and adjusted his phone. "better?" he asked. "better." she nodded.
"how long are you staying in Hong Kong?" jimin asked, leaning back on his chair, to scratching the back of his neck.
"a little over a week." camila replied. she made sure to be very cautious of her surroundings as she talked to the guy.
"ah, i see. do you still want to meet up tomorrow?"
with that, camila's cheeks flushed a light red. she tried hiding it, by raising her camera to where only her eyes and forehead were visible.
"so... is that a yes?" his eyebrows were raised, with the sweetest smile across his face.
"won't you be tired, ya know..from the flight?" she asked, her face still not fully shown.
"nah, i think i'll be fine." he said, nose scrunched, thumb on chin. camila thought about it for a second before asking where they should meet.
"we're staying at a friends house for the trip, i'll text you the address." he replied.
"sounds great!" she smiled, finally having the courage to show her face.
"wellll.. by the looks of it, you seem pretty busy so i'll let you focus on your little adventure!" jimin said.
the thought of hanging up made her a bit sad, but she figured he was probably busy as well, so she decided to let him go.
"okay, then.. talk to you tomorrow!" with that, camila waved goodbye and ended the call. a happy little smile spread across her face. i can't believe that just happened!!
after her mini adventure, camila was back in her hotel room ready to take a nice warm shower. she picked out some sweats and a tank top from the drawer and set them aside.
the only thought that came across her mind was talking to the boys. this feeling she felt made her feel all sorts of jittery and special.
tomorrow better go well
