rosey sat comfortably on the edge of the dorm couch. the leather cushion sinking under her and cool to the touch, making her shiver and reach for a nearby blanket as the cool enhanced the cold of the entire room. she was trying her best to focus on the tv show that seungmin had put on to show her just how good it was, but she could focus with the noise of the standing fan in the corner on high and the way the members dragged their feet from room to room.

"jisung's back!" hyunjin yelled as he exited his bedroom to notice jisung coming through the front door.

rosey glanced toward the hallway and immediately took a double take. her eyes were glued in the boy, his steps hesitant around the corner into the living room, her jaw wanted to drop to the floor. instead, her teeth clenched against each other at the sight in front of her. the tv show was paused and now seungmin was entranced with the sight too, jeongin joining them seconds later as he entered the living room.

she couldn't believe her eyes.

jisung had dyed his hair per the company's request for the many upcoming end-of-year events. it was a blue shade, something completely different then what rosey was used to. she shook her head in disbelief, this was incredible, but woah, was it a sight to see. it was such a contrast to the rest of the member's dark hair colors. he stood out in between them all for sure now.

she caught a glimpse of seungmin's smile at the color reveal, jeongin clapped his hands together loudly, and some of the joining members began to compliment his new hair. rosey gave the both a thumbs up when she noticed his eyes catch her own staring at him. she was completely taken aback; she had no idea what to say or do.

"blue?" rosey mumbled under her breath. she reached her hand out, without thinking, when jisung sat on the only open cushion beside her, to get a feel of his hair.

her lips curved into a small pout when her fingertips brushed against his no-longer fluffy hair. as she put it; his new hair was still soft, but not "fluffy" soft. yes, the difference was huge!

"yeah, blue. you don't like it?" jisung asked before beginning to ramble about his experience. "i didn't like the idea of blue either at first, i told the staff that i wanted something more natural, but they wanted—"

"i like it!" rosey interrupted him, hoping to bring his aimless rambling to a halt. she, in no way, wanted to make him think that her opinion was life-or-death here.

rosey wasn't opposed to the new look, it fit jisung well; she was simply resistant to change. it's how she was growing up, it's how she's always been. she, in all honesty, expecting dyed hair in brighter color from another member, like felix, not jisung. he looked good, she wouldn't lie.

rosey didn't notice how she aimlessly played with the boy's hair as she listened to him start up his rambling session again. she was lost in her own world, a world where the possibility of the company forcing a hair change on her was possible, until she heard a whisper in her ear.

"what are you doing?" jeongin asked.

rosey glanced at the youngest, then followed his eyes to what exactly it was he was staring at. rosey's head in jisung's hair. she quickly pulled it from the boy's head and nearly slammed her hands into her lap. what could she say, the blue hair was very intriguing.

the rest of the night, jeongin had to listen to rosey babble on and on about the surprising color change. and every time she started to ramble like jisung, jeongin rolled his eyes.

jeongin enjoyed rosey's voice, hell, he'd listen to her ramble about all the nonsense in the world if he could. but, about jisung? this has to be some sick joke, like the world was rubbing the attention jisung was getting right in his face. jeongin was damn near ready to dye his hair a shocking color if it meant this much attention from rosey.

"we get it rosey," jeongin coughed out, interrupting her mid-sentence, "we really do."

rosey shrugged her shoulders, "i just think it's cool."

"i know!"

without any warning, jeongin flipped over in his bed and reached to shut the lights out. rosey was left sitting on the corner of her bed, still sitting up as she wasn't nearly done with her day or conversation. she was left in the dark now, her words rudely cut off by the jealous boy. she looked around, though she couldn't make out anything in the pitch black room, realizing just how upsetting jeongin's action really was.

"goodnight?" rosey questioned.
