Saved By Him

Chapter 1

Today was like the last. Grey and dark. I force myself to get up and get dressed for school. I already know what the day is going to be like. I am going to go downstairs just to get yelled at for being a failure, leave for school with a few new bruises, get to my locker just to be pushed to the ground, and hear them tell me that I am a waste of space. I go through this process everyday. It started after I first shifted. My wolf was more of a puppy in size. She was smaller than she should of been at my age. She was only three feet tall when on all four. Ever since, my parents have seen me as a disappointment due to the fact my dad is the beta of our pack and my older brother was taking over when he steps down with the alpha. Because of this, I was forced to be the omega.

I decided to wear a dark blue sweater that is just a little too big on me to cover my arms and stomach and a pair black jeans with a pair of worn out combat boots. I decided also to leave my long brown hair down to cover my face. I don't have make-up so I leave my room, that is more like a closet, bare faced to go to school.

As I start walking down the stairs, I hear my parents fighting with the alpha.

"He can't stay here. What if he sees her? He would be disgusted by the way she looks," my mother said to Alpha James.

"He will stay here and that is finally. And never say that about your child, she is your blood," Alpha James almost yells to my parents. I hear a faint whimper from my mom as she nods to the man.

"I understand sir," my parents both say to him.

"He will be here tomorrow, so I suggest you get a room ready for him. And I better not hear that Arianna did everything while you sit on your asses," he said sternly then he turns his head to where I was standing, gives me a soft smile and winks at me. I look down, blushing, then I noticed what time it is and my eyes widened. I was going to be late.

I started to run out of the house, but couldn't get far because my dad yelled at me

"And where are going missy?" my dad asks like I was sneaking out.

"I have school and I am going to be late. I need to go, may I leave please?" I beg him so my punishment wouldn't be worse.

"Fine, but when you get home you are going to help your mother clean the house for tomo-" he was cut off.

"No she isn't. She is going to help me give Alpha Xavier a tour around the territory," Alpha James interjects. My parents eyes widen.

"No. No, she will not. She will be here cleaning like she was told too," my mom challenges, "She is needed here, so there is no way she going with you. I also don't enjoy you putting my child in a job I didn't agree to, especially if it deals with a man more powerful than you."

"This is my pack, so if I want her to do a job, there will be no arguments understand? Anyway, she is more of my child since I am the only one who really cares about her," the alpha almost yells and my mother flinched.

"Guys, I have to go now," I interject because I was already late.

"I'll take you," said Alpha James.
