Chapter five - Honeymoon Part two

Alexa's P.O.V

"Fancy a walk along the beach my love? I am bored sitting her now." Grayson laughed

I was expecting him to be bored before now, quite surprised he lasted a few hours sitting doing nothing except enjoying the sun and drinking.

"Sure thing. You lasted longer than I thought." I sniggered

Grayson flipped me off...isn't my husband charming? I gave him a slight side glare, puckering my lips at him and he soon looked at the ground before looking back at me, pouting at me. I reached in, prodding his nose, something I know that annoys him profoundly.

"Do that again I will bite it." I said sternly, hand on my hip

"Yes mam, I apologize." He said

"Come on." I laughed

Grayson slight frown turned into a smile once I laughed, confirming that I am only messing with being mad at him and not being serious. We gathered our things, Grayson reaching for my hand, linking his fingers through mine as we headed down towards the beach. It was quite and calm which I honestly prefer anyway. The place we were at was a private resort, another reason it is not as mobbed as say a non-private resort. I wouldn't mine either way cause I aint exactly used to all these kind of things, the private resorts, guest lists, private planes ect...even after being with Grayson for over two years but Grayson knew this and also tries his best to make sure I still get to live the way I did before getting with him if that makes any sense?

I stood there wide-eyed and in complete awe of the view in front of me, it is even more beautiful close up. The ocean clear blue and the sand golden and warm. I have never seen anything like it, it was utterly breath-taking. I stood getting lost in it, Grayson's hand snaking around my waist from behind, resting his chin on my shoulder.

"Whoa!" he said, as mesmerized with the place as I was

"It is something else isn't it?" I said turning to look at him

"It really is. I have seen a lot of the world but this...this is something else and the fact that I am here with you makes it even better." He whispered in my ear, placing chaste kisses on the skin of my neck

I reached behind me, running my hand through his hair and over his cheek. He smiled as his eyes closed over, moving into my touch.

"I love you." I said

"I love you too Mrs Rhodes...Mrs Rhodes, still trying to get used to that one." He said

"You and me both...you and me both my love." I smiled

"Come on, let's go for a paddle." He said like an excited little child

He was still a kid at heart in ways I think, but I love that side of him. What is the point in being serious and adulating all time? Gotta have a little fun, let that inner child out sometimes. Grayson and I slipped our shoes off, stepping on to the sand, it was warm against the sole of my feet, I liked it. We headed down to the water, stepping into it until we were ankle deep and started walking along, taking in our surroundings. I rested my head on his chest, Grayson wrapping his arm around my shoulder and kissing the top of my head

"Perfect." He said in a whisper

It really was perfect. A comfortable silence fell between us as we walked along the ocean front, there was a few people on the beach, mainly couples. I smiled as I watched them, they seemed as much in love as I was. We walked for a good hour before deciding to take a seat on the beach. I sat between his legs, Grayson's arms over my shoulder.

"I have been thinking." He said nuzzling my neck

"About?" I asked looking over my shoulder at him

"How about you come of the pill the now and we can start trying cause it can take up to a few months after coming off it until you get pregnant." He said

Well someone has been doing their research by the sound of things. He did have a point it can take sometime after stopping the pill to get pregnant.

"I like the sound of that idea." I said smiling widely at him

"You are?" he said excited and I nodded "Yeah!" he added

His excitement was adorable, made my heart race that little bit faster. I leant into his chest, linking my fingers with his. I could feel his heart beat against my back. I leant my head back, puckering my lips at him. Grayson let out a small laugh, reaching down and kissing me, knowing that is what I wanted from him. I smiled against his lips, it was short and sweet but still drove me crazy. Once we pulled apart I rested myself against him again

"What do you think you would be doing right now if we never met?" He asked

"I honestly don't know. Defiantly not as something as amazing as this. You?" I said

"Honestly Alexa if I never met you I would probably still be up to my old tricks cause no woman except you ever made me think about anything different. No other woman ever made me think about a relationships, marriage or kids in the slightest until you. Basically if I never met you I would probably still be a complete jackass." He said

"Yes I believe you probably would be." I laughed

"For sure, so thank God I met you my love. Would rather be here with you than doing any of that." He said

I moved away from him, turning around to face him and kneeling between his legs

"Well I should hope so." I giggled, reaching in and kissing him

Grayson pulled me into him, deepening the kiss and I got that yearning in my stomach for him...throughout my entire body for him. I had to pull away, wanting to catch my breath for a moment. Grayson reached in, pushing my hair away from my face

"I will never understand why you agreed to give me a chance yet alone become my wife and the mother of my future kids." He said

"Cause I love you that is why...cause my life never quite made sense until you...cause you are the only man I have ever met that makes my heart thud so hard in my chest, makes every inch of my body weak and yearning for you with only a simple touch." I said

"Ditto my love...ditto." He said resting his forehead against mine "I really do love you with every part of me Alexa." He added

"I know baby and I love you do, with my whole heart." I replied

I reached in kissing him again, pulling away from his lips and kissing my way along his jawline

"You wanna head back and make me completely weak to you." I whispered

"Mmm baby, yes please." He said in a sharp breath

I got to my feet, reaching for his hands and pulling him to his feet. He stole another kiss before we went any further before heading back to our hotel room. I honestly never thought it was possible to love and lust someone as much as I do with him.

show the sweet, loving side of them and the last part of the honeymoon

will be the more heated, passionate side of them.
