Percy's POV When I woke up I was in a dark cave and I heard two voices. "Has she woken up yet" one asked "No but she will in a few minutes.... never mind she has woken up"
At first I was creeped out how she knew that ,but I pushed that aside I HAD to get out, then I tried to push myself up but I fell back down immediately I felt to tired and weak. then the one I remembered that had light brown hair spoke " calm child we have taken you for a reason we have to explain to explain the story of the universe, who you are and, who your meant to be."
I said "I know how the universe was made chaos and Gaea, I am a demigod and I am meant to die" I have no idea why they want me here to know what I already know. When the girl with the dark brown hair spoke " there is something much older then Just chaos and Gaea, you might not know everything about yourself and you don't know your future... that's my job" I was shocked but before I could say anything she continued " but before we tell you anything we shall tell you our names and who we are but you will not tell anyone because if you anyone the fate of the world will be in peril.... again, so you must swear on the keys use your full name"once she was done I was just confused how were keys going to make me not tell anyone is it going to be like locking it away but I did it anyway "I Persephone Leto Jackson swear on the keys not to tell anybody anything you say to me" once I finish I expected thunder but what happened was I was spinning in light and slowing rising and I felt the light was far more powerful then the gods, titans or even Gaea.
Once the light disappeared I felt a little more powerful then before and if I'm honest it freaked me out a little I already had too much power I would become dangerous. Then I heard the the one with the light brown hair mutter "good it didn't kill her." That's when I screamed "WHAT I COULD HAVE DIED" that's when the one with the dark brown hair spoke " No you wouldn't but for example that Anthony boy would" my blood went cold I completely forgot about Anthony " I have to get back he must be worried about me and I can't just leave everyone else" I started to ramble when the girl with the dark brown hair spoke " you shouldn't care for that boy he shall betray you in the future, I should know I am Juilette guardian of the key of destiny. Also known as Destiny." Then the girl the light brown hair stepped up " I am Grace guardian of the key of imagination. Also known as Imagination." ...what's that" I said I heard her chuckle "that's why I should tell you the history first, longer ago before Chaos or Gaea there was a being called creation she was a bit lonely so she created a little brother called destruction they created keys called Destiny, imagination, hope, war, betrayal, and last of all and the least important chaos or as you may know him lord chaos creator of your small, petite, insignificant, little universe" which she said in a way where it wasn't offensive at all "that makes me feel so much more better" I said sarcasm dripping from my voice.
But Juilette just ignores my comment " and then she made six beings to guard the keys, And we are two of the original six but moving on before your universe was created us other guardians constructed a galaxy where we may live and we made a council and we were all in perfect balance but one day hope was taken by betrayal and soon everyone forgot about her except the council but a place without hope couldn't survive so Grace put a some imagination into the gods to make pandora and we made Zeus think he must put a spirt of hope in the box but that wasn't enough to protect the key so all these years we have been looking for somebody to replace hope, which is you." At first I was completely shocked me a demigod becoming one of the most important and powerful beings in the universe then I remembered a part in the story that says betrayal took hope so what happened to betrayal and it was like she was reading my thoughts Grace said " if you were thinking what happened to betrayal we tossed him into the void which is where everyone who has faded goes but after some millennia's we found someone to replace him and to make sure it doesn't happen again we made him swear to not turn on us" Once she finished I was wondering who replaced betrayal and if I'm going to be like that with hope
Juliette then said "that is all you need to know about history now you must learn about yourself" I was confused but I let her continue "you are not a child of Poseidon" I was shocked if Poseidon wasn't my dad who is. Grace then picked it up from their "your parent is not a God but a goddess and she is Hera" i was speechless and that doesn't usually happen, my mom was Hera the goddess I hate, the one that took 8 months away from my life was my mother "no no that can't be my mother is not Hera" I said " it is true child your mother is Hera the goddess of marriage" said Juliette "how, how is she my mother she is the goddess of marriage she can't cheat on Zeus" I said completely weirded out was i created to be a child of the prophecy and then tossed as yesterday trash.
Grace the said " she didn't have you with a man she adopted you as a child from the orphanage and then all the Olympians plus hades, Hestia, and the fates blessed you. Not all are blessed by the gods and fates you are special but after everyone blessed you the fates made you temporarily a child of Poseidon till the time is right so after we finish telling you our true history then one by one your blessing will be shown except the one from the fates that one you already have." Once she finished i didn't know what to do, Poseidon wasn't my father but then how come the prophecy said child of the big three and I'm a child of Hera. Once again like reading my mind Grace said "No one knows of our existence not even the fates so when they blessed u to be a child of Poseidon we made sure that the prophecy didn't spoil anything of you being a child of Hera not even the fates know we altered the prophecy"
Juliette said "when we have very important meetings someone will take place of betrayal for that meeting but no one could replace hope until you" so what I'm getting is that I'm going to be one of the most powerful people in the world hmmm what if I can make blue food a national food I'll try that I was sucked out of my thoughts when Grace started moving "we will allow you to go back home but you may not speak of this to nobody ok." "Ok..." I answered. Juliette then said "in this place its been a day in your world it's been a week so a week has passed by now we will make it looked like you fought your way out but the backstory is what you will come up with." and with that there was a flash of light.
