(Shiros POV)
I wonder if I did the right thing. Dimitri had been really upset about.. Everything that's happened. The 'others' got over it realizing that they now have to kill people but not Dimitri. He's different, in a good way. He never forgets his family. I wish I could remember my past but maybe I would rather not. If Dimitri killed his dad I don't wanna know what I did.
I was pulled from my thoughts hearing the door slam. That's Dimitri's way of saying 'I'm home'. He walked towards me with teary eyes and fell to his knees. I sat down crossing my legs in front of Dimitri.
"How'd you find out about that place?"He asked. His voice coming off the collar even sounds sad.
"I talked to some of the house mates. They recognized the last name. "I said as calmly as I could wrapping my arms tightly around the smaller ginger boy.
"Thank you, Shiro "Dimitri looked up at me seeing a bit of his own reflection in my mask and wiped his tears. Dimitri wrapped his arms around me back.
"Are you hungry?I left you a plate in the fridge."Dimitri nodded and pulled away ending the long hug. We sat on the floor for about a minute in silence before getting up and walking to the kitchen. I pulled his plate out of the fridge and handed it to him. He pulled off the plastic wrap and put it in the microwave. He doesn't like his food to hot it hurts his throat so he never leave it in long. Dimitri jumped on the counter so he was sitting on it. He leaned his head against the cupboards and looked towards me.
"I feel like a ferret would be a great pet. "he told me half smiling.
"Dimitri ferrets are expensive and so is everything they need. Besides you have Lucas "I sighed.
"Hey, lucas isn't a fuzzy little worm. "
I chuckled and began making myself a cup of hot tea.
