SEA PUNK EYES Give you inner mermaid a bit of edge. 01. Create a base by brushing a dark purple lipstick onto your eyelids and blend with a fluffly brush. 02. Apply a green pigment to the center of the lid with a dense brush. Blend. 03. Smudge the green under the eye and into the waterline with a short, stumpy brush.
