At last it is a Friday night and I lay in my cold dark room. Mother is at work and father is out gettin drunk at different bars. I look at a picture of me and my family when I was younger. I was so innocent and happy back then. I throw the picture frame (with picture intact) to the floor. I don't have any friends so I'm always alone at home. My new house we moved into is right by the woods so I decided it would be fun to have an adventure there. I tug my black jacket closer to my small body. I am only 12 years old I am the size of a 7 year old, does that make sense at all. No, no it doesn't but thats how tall I've been for a while now. I have black hair and red eyes, I love to wear black, and I am a human girl. I saw a slight movement in the corner of my eye and I decide to check it out. A boy in a white hoodie was playing with a knife, he has long black hair and has no eyelids. "Hi, I'm J- I start but the boy cuts me off. "I know who you are, Jade. The boss has told me much about you" he says slyly. I say "who are you". He replies "I'm Jeff, your coming with me". He grips my wrist tightly and drags me throughout the forest. A loud ringing echos in my ears and the world starts spinning. I fall to the ground and start caughing out blood. I black out and wake up back in my bed. Was that a dream or did that actually happen?
