Chapter 10 | Practice Exams

Mr. Aizawa walked into class with his usual unenthusiastic facial expression. He dragged his slim body along the way to his desk. He sat down, placing a pile of papers gently on his desk.

"Ohayou, class"

He said staring at the pile of papers. The class politely greeted him back and gave him their undivided attention.

Mr. Aizawa took a second before he proceeded to talk again.

"It's almost been a week since I've last assigned you to your partners; I hope you guys have been training hard."

The class abrupt, causing Mr. Aizawa to stare at the class coldly.

" ...You may have probably guess it but I didn't assign you guys partners just because..."

The classes started whispering back and forth to each other wondering what Sensei was talking about. He cleared his throat.

"You, and your partner, will partake in several obstacles for your up coming practice exams. There will be a new challenge every day for 14 days, you will have 24 hours to complete the letters, and if you fail any one, its alright, its a practice exam."

Mr. Aizawa explained.

So this is what he had up his sleeves this entire time? Are we the only class doing this? Or are the other classes participating?

You questioned frantically. You felt a small tap on your shoulder and turned around.

"Ribbit, do you think the challenges will be difficult?"

Tsu said. You crossed your arms and looked down at your lap.

"I'm not sure, but I won't lose!"

You said with determination. You turned your attention back to Mr. Aizawa to continue listening him explain the practice exam.

" although this is a practice exam, I want all of you to try as if this was the real thing. I want no one failing"

as if I wasn't going to give it my all. I refuse to look a fool in front of everyone.

Tsu's question lingered in your head. How about them challenges? What are they? Out of curiosity You raised my hand.

"(Y/N)?"

Mr. Aizawa called on you.

"Can you go more in depth about the challenges?"

He nodded his head,

" It's quite simple really. Each team will receive a letter at their door. There will either be a task or a challenge you that must complete within the time limit. You will have 24hrs to complete them. There are 3 ways to fail"

A task? What kind of task would he be asking for?

"1. If you and your partner are unable to complete a challenge."
