Kamen Rider Mach (Production Model)

The production model of Kamen Rider Mach (量産型仮面ライダーマッハ, Ryōsan-gata Kamen Raidā Mahha) is a variation of the Kamen Rider Mach suit, with a more realistic-looking motorcycle helmet, additional armor and the Pikopiko 3 retrofitted onto the back. Intended for use by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department to combat the Roidmude crisis in aiding the Special Investigation Unit's Kamen Riders, this version of Mach uses an entirely blue-colored version of the Mach Driver Honoh.

The first user is Jun Honganji, after he transform into Production Model Mach,  he was unable to move due to spraining his neck, as well as some technical bugs in the suit's systems.

When Gold Drive invaded the Drive Pit, he destroyed most of them in his assault leaving only a few functioning Mach Drivers which Rinna carried away and successfully salvaged.

In the stage show, Genpachiro Otta became the second user and transformed into a Production Model Mach, called himself Kamen Rider Genpachiro. Kamen Rider Drive: Final Stage

So basically they were meant to be a Kamen Rider like-soldier but almost all of the mass production of mach driver honoh destroyed Golden Drive. The transformation trinket for the production model of Kamen Rider Mach is Tokujo-ka Key, this one here is design after Tridoron Key.

And this  Piko Piko 3 as bacpack used by production model of kamen rider mach along with Piko Piko 4 to be based on Shift Car Holder

But Piko Piko 4 were destroyed by Reaper Roidmudes, those device are used to fight against Roidmude Heavy Acceleration Ability.
