After the conversation with Edith, Tristan decided to try and forget about her. Well, he did try, but, it wouldn't work since she still goes to school with him. He doesn't talk to her anymore, he deleted her number, burnt her pictures of him and her, and threw away his engagement ring.
*2 weeks later*
As two weeks passed a certain pattern began to arise in Tristan's life.
Tristan woke up, dressed up in his fine clothes, wore his shoes, brushed his teeth and went to school. He would meet his fake friends, see his ex and go to class.
He followed this pattern for two weeks. He wished something would change.
But nothing did.
Until a new girl came in. Typical huh. But unlike other stories, he didnt fall for her. Instead he made friends witth her. Since she was business partners with him. He wanted to be on good terms with her.
"Hey, Rory,?" Tristan asked, making the girl turn her haed to him, "yeah?" She replied, "can you pass the pen there?" Tristan asked again.
"Here."
"Thanks."
Without realising it they touched hands but they didn't really care and even pretended to hold hands, lmao.
*laughing and half choking noises*
"Idiot!" Aurora said as she chuckled and let go of his hand.
"Thats my name! Ha!" Tristan replied as he turned back to his desk.
(Not noticing Edith behind the door, she smirked and walked away,)
