I lie awake in my empty house in my room, I'm just wearing some sweatpants and a T-shirt, nothing fancy. I'm going to bed and as I start closing my tired eyes to go to sleep, I hear a strange noise coming from down stairs
I sat up quickly, thinking to myself, "it's ok, you're just tired, you need sleep" As I calmly lie back down, you heard the noise again, but you noticed that it was trying to speak to you...
You sit up and start heading down stairs, you have a baseball bat, just in case an intruder, the noise sounded like...crying...yes...crying for help.
You went inside your kitchen (that's where the noise was coming from btw.. Ok?.. Ok) and you see a girl, with beautiful purple and blue hair, she looked like she was about to faint
You rushed to help her and dropped your bat in the process, she looked at you as you touched her arm to see if she was ok... "Y-y-y/n? "...
" I-is that you? " She says in a whisper, she's starting to fade away from consciousness, you quickly pick her up and set her on the couch, you look for wounds on her body, there was a... Bite mark? You quickly realized that your dogs must have thought she was an intruder, they got her on the thigh
The bite marks were deep, and she lost a lot of blood, you quickly run to get a towel, Ibuprofen from your medicine cabinet, and got a glass of water. You wrapped the towel around her leg. "It's gonna hurt for a little bit" You squeezed her leg to stop the blood, not with a lot of pressure, but enough to try and stop it
She winced in pain but as you saw this, you gave her the Ibuprofen and water and said "put the pill in your mouth, use the water to help it go down. This will help with pain" She took the medicine and she closed her eyes, but not passing out.You finally let go of her leg to get some string to tie it with
You sat her up and propped up her leg she finally opened her eyes from what all she had went through. "Now, who are you? " You said with a stern voice to sound like you were tough, but to be honest, you weren't.
She took a shaky breath and said quietly "i-i'm Jayla, your echo, don't you remember me? "
