Prologue

I was walking through a city that I haven't been in since I was 12.

5 years, I thought as I walked. 5 years since I vanished from my home and appeared in front of Whis and Beerus, his sister Vados, and Goku and Vegita.

I was shaken out of my thinking by a little girl, about 3 or 4, with a single horn on her head, red eyes and white hair wearing rags and with wrappings on her arms and legs. She ran behind me as a tall man with a jacket that had a fur hood on it and wearing a plague doctor mask walked out of an alleyway and said, "So sorry about my daughter. Eri, come on. It's time to go home."

Eri shook her head and I narrowed my eyes, before saying, "According to the rags on her arms and legs, I can tell that you're abusing her. So, I'll give you two choices. 1) You leave Eri with me and I'll let you live or 2) I kill you and take Eri with me."

The man sighed and said, "I guess that I'll have to kill you myself."

I sighed and said, "I gave you a choice... I guess I have to kill you then."

I closed my eyes just as the man charged at me, and when I opened them again I was in front of him, before bitch slapping him throw a building and landing an elbow hit on his chest and several punches before sending him flying and holding up my hand as a silver orb formed above it and without a word, sent it towards him. Killing the man along with destroying several buildings in the progress. I let my power go and landed in front of the little girl.

"Thank you," she said giving me a hug. "Thank you for saving me."

"Everything will be okay," I told her as I held her against my chest as she cried. "Do you know why?"

She looked up at me with tear filled eyes and asked, "Why?"

"Because I am here," I replied. "And I will always be here, for you and everyone else."

My name is Izuku Midoriya and this is how I become the greatest hero of all time.
