As soon as he got into his room, he locked the door. He looked around just to make sjre nobody was around.
Painfully, he took his soul out. His blood red, teary eyes started glowing. He threw the soul in the cage in the corner of the room, taking his knife out.
He slowly started walking to the soul. As he tried stabbing it, something inside him stopped him. He wanted to kill the miserious creature but he just... couldn't.
The something inside him made him force his soul back. He tried fighting against it, but he was helpless.
He forcefully went to sleep, feeling like nothing could save him.
