Darkness Flows

I look to the sky

Darkness flows

The rage stays constant

It never seems to fade

Few days are finer than before

The world had closed it doors

Not welcoming change

Repition they thrive

In shadows do they reside

Beings we've known all our lives

Who have always found a way to lie

None refuse to fall victim

For they deny that they are

But life seems to fill no voids

That is required of our souls

To fulfill

Yet still some hide

Behind crimson curtains

Not that this is their natural color

It rests in flames, a tounge wrapped around our shame

We now fully understand

The lies now that the crimson as subsided

And now we reprimand

For darkness flows no more

-Right on right guys? This one came to me just today as I sat brooding in the rain, for summer is finally finished, a shame and well given feeling. A simple though came to me as the clouds summoned lightning from the ocean above. Darkness flooded the clouds as it held in all it's defiance and then had made it's mind clear, throwing all it's anger out at us. Thank you for reading!-
