Anxiety and alcohol really do not mix.
I know what's true, but my mind is in a fix.
He is faithful. I understand. I know for a fact that he'll stick by me to the end.
However, when I see that they still talk.....a part of my heart shutters in shock.
Alcohol doesn't help the thoughts to stop....just makes them more fiery in my heart and in my mind.
So even though I know this, my heart still hurts.
Anxiety SCREW YOU! I don't want to think these hurtful thoughts that are untrue.
