Ch.10

~Your Dream~

I'm floating through a thick black mass of smoke, everything around me is nothing but black. I glance around calling out when suddenly a hand reached out for me, I grabbed it and was pulled out of the smoke. I looked up and it was EJ who pulled me out.

"Are you sure you want to come with me (y/n)?" He asked worrisome looking at the light ahead us. "You don't have to come, you can stay." He said shaking his head.
I nodded my head placing a hand on his shoulder. He smiled umder his mask. Me and eyeless approached the white light. I was about to enter when suddenly, I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around me, I looked back to see Jeff.

"Not just yet, my love." He smirked and kissed me. He held me tight and brought me back to Earth with him, leaving Jack behind.

~End of Dream~

My eyes fluttered open to see all the pastas surrounding my bed. Everybody was relieved but,...sad. Jeff sat next to me and hugged me tightly.

"I knew you'd come back..." He stuttered with tears in his bloodshot eyes.

I stroked his hair "Jeff, where's eyeless?" I coughed weakly. Everybody walked out the room, as Slenderman entered. Jeff layed with me continuing to hold me tightly.

"(y/n) you're lucky this mission went well... Zalgo, Jane, and Jack are dead." Slender slurred.

I sat there and paused. "Jack?..WHAT DO YOU MEAN JACK?!" I got up and my back jolted in pain I screamed. Slenderman hushed me and told me to rest as he walked out the door. "Jeff what happened?" I cried.

"Well shortly after passing out, Toby lost grip of Jane and well, Jack was never one to fight, just one to mend. She knocked over Toby, just when he was about to kill Jane it was too late... She took Jack's life. She had an ancient knife, I should've known. This wouldn't have happened if I had just fought Jane myself." He whispers looking down. I shook my head and cried more.

"I should've went with him through that light..." I whispered thinking of my dream. Jeff looked at me confused. I looked at him. "We need eachother, Jeff, I love you." I said quietly. Jeff cradled me, and I fell asleep in his arms.
