Jason begins to awaken in a very unfamiliar landscape. The space he is in lacks any sort of light, and chills him to his core. Suddenly though a light appears in the distance, vaguely illuminating a figure.
Where am I? What is this? Hello?! Who are you? .... What are you?
The distant light begins to etch on closer and closer, till vaguely Jason can see a pair of eyes and a small smile is planted on the figures face.
"How are you even here? Do you even realize where you are?"
No, I don't. I think I gave it away by asking where I was.
The light begins to inspect it's own body, realizes what he looks like currently.
"So this is what you see me as? A human?We are one, but separate at the same time we are our own entities. Apparently you took what I said to literally. Well then, do you want to see my true form? You are within my space currently so it shouldn't be too hard."
Your true... just whatever go ahead. Try not to give me a damn heart attack.
The lights form begins to solidify, with the surrounding area being completely lit up. He begins to change, growing in size until he is nearly a foot taller then Jason. The skin, which is currently forming on, begins to change into a tanish color very similar to Jason's skin. Long black hair protrudes from the top of his head, with rounded horns on either side of the top of his head.
As the creatuee begins to open his eyes Jason notices that they are colored a deep, deep red. Clothes begin to form around his body as well. A deeply black colored trench coat appears around his body reaching well below his knees, and around his hands black gloves form. Further down his body black pants and black boots also appear. In shock Jason steps back, and once again looks up and down on the being that is now in front of him.
You look pretty human to me. Besides the huge horns on your head... and the whole 7ft tall thing.
"Your not afraid of me?"
Afraid? What happened to this we are one talk. No, I'm not afraid of you, but it doesn't mean I quite trust you yet. So why am I here what's going on?
"Well you passed out. In the presence of some very powerful creatures. So essentially, your either gonna die soon or wake up soon. They seemed very worried you haven't drank blood yet though. I am not sure of the importance behind that though but for now anyways your in your subconscious with me, in the future I can possible train you but for now that would probably be a bad idea"
Right right... passed out. Is there no way I can't see out of this or sense my surroundings from my conscious or something? I mean don't you do something like that, like that one time before? So then I can to right?
"... no it's a bit different. You passed out due to exhaustion or hunger, and maybe both. Your in a deep sleep and because of it I can't monitor anything that's going on in the outside world. For now it's best to relax and wait. You will be awoken soon enough we'll here's to hoping to that anyways"
And what if I wake up years later and everyone I loved is gone and the worlds ending or something? I mean I get that it sounds crazy and all but is it? I mean weird shit has happened today.
