Anna was never good with being social. It didn't matter how big or small of an event. A party, going to the grocery store, even simply chatting with her neighbors. She would much rather stay at home, in her bed with her nose in a book. If it involved people, she wanted nothing to do with it. Which wasn't good since she wanted to be a photographer.
She wasn't necessarily anti-social, she just had a... certain kind of preference. There was just something about people and the way the world worked nowadays that was unsettling to her. It was just easier to avoid interaction. It was easier to stick to the people she knew she could be herself around and they wouldn't judge her for the stupid little things she judged herself for, like how her teeth were slightly crooked or how her hair was always frizzy no matter what product she put in it or the little bit of extra weight she carried.
Miraculously, Jungkook had convinced her to attend a "business meeting" with him. She denied, several times in fact, but eventually gave in and agreed to go with him when he told her there would be food there. He told her that she would be able to learn a lot from it. So there she was, sitting in Jungkook's car while he drove with one hand to this meeting.
"Why exactly did I have to dress up?" Anna twiddled with the hem of her red dress (Tessa picked it out). She noted that her feet already hurt in the nude heels she wore so she was never going to wear heels ever again, not even on her wedding day. She'd rather go barefoot.
"Uh- because. It's professional," he replied, briefly glancing in his rear view mirror. Anna thought he was being weird, but she brushed it off.
"I'm more dressed up than you," she told him, nodding at his plain white button up shirt & black pants. Jungkook grinned at her.
"Sounds like a you problem, sweet cheeks. You're the one who decided to go above and beyond."
Anna gagged at his pet name and crossed her arms over her chest.
Jungkook cleared his throat. "You look nice, though."
Anna's face turned almost as red as her dress. "Oh, uh- thank you."
He nodded his head, eyes on the road. Then after a minute he decided to ruin the moment.
"Don't let that make your head bigger than it already is."
Anna rolled her eyes but she laughed.

"Ow! Jesus, Anna!"
This was Jungkook's reaction to Anna punching him in the arm as hard as she could when she found out that the so called "business meeting" was actually some kind of a party that had a gazillion people attending. She was already sweating at the thought of having to make eye contact with someone.
"You're lucky all I did was punch you," she snapped at him. He rubbed his arm, half laughing and half wincing.
"In my defense, it is business related."
Anna raised her fist again, making Jungkook cower.
"I can't believe you," she yelled at him, pacing back and forth in a hallway. "You told me this wasn't a party!"
"I'm sorry, Anna!" He pleaded with her. "I really am. I had good intentions, I swear."
"We're not friends anymore." Anna crossed her arms across her chest, turned around and stormed out of the hallway.
Anna knew she was overreacting by a long shot. She and Jungkook had only been friends for about a month, and they've only hung out together a few times. They texted and FaceTimed all the time, though. There's no real way he'd be aware of how anxious she gets around people, especially large crowds, because she never felt like it was that necessary to tell him. And she believed him when he said he had good intentions. But her anxiety was getting the best of her.
