Like A Fairytale
(Sneak Peek!)
I remember. I remember the plane ride.
There and back.
And I never thought it could get any better then that.
I always thought that Disney Land was a dream, all its own.
But I was wrong.
I thought my life couldn't take any better turns.
But I was wrong.
And I never thought I could feel like a princess. Like Belle, Ariel or Jasmine.
But still.
I had to believe it.
Believe it Like A Fairytale.

Like A Fairytale
I was royal. A princess, if you will. And as a princess, I had it all.
The adoring kingdom, the perky help. The whole entire world at my feet.
My mother eager and waiting to hand over the crown. And my father supportive of any and all decisions that I had made.
But that was before I discovered what was missing from my life. The purpose. The reason. The passion. The... I gulped at my own thoughts.
Real love.
But that was before I saw him.
Him.
The beautiful and mysterious stranger that was always seen in the courtyard around my room where I slept.
And I remember the one night. When he sung me to sleep. The haunting melodies and harmonies threaded through his lavish and silky-smooth voice. Just as beautiful and he was.
Hair like gold. Eyes like gems. Arms, strong and appealing to the eye. Almost too difficult to ignore. As was his smile. Enough to stop traffic in the nearby village. His teeth, white as pearls. And lastly, a touch.
Almost like magic that spread across my soft skin.
And I yearned everyday to see him again.
With the soft smile still on his lips.
...
"Angel... Angel, wake up." I awoke with a start. And my cad's hands swiftly shaking my shoulders. My hands were clammed up. A bit sweaty from the sweet dream that he mustve interrupted. I shook my soft brown head, making my dad sigh a bit.
"But we are almost there." He whispered softly, turning my head toward the window. The window. Something glowed from it. Which I definetly forgot.
California.
We were entering California. And we were just getting caught in the Cali sun. As if I was waiting for it forever, I smiled softly, pressing my fingers the the glass that seperated me from my fate.
My destiny.
