Michael

When I reached the door knob, I had already thought the growls were just my imagination. As I began to open the door, I felt a sharp jab at my back.

Looking over my shoulder, I was smacked by a outlet cord hard. I immediately called over while this thing kept attacking me.

I realize that I needed to fight back. I quickly crawled to my closet and pulled out my old golf club. I used to play golf when I was younger but soon stopped as I began to find new hobbies I was interested into.

As I began to fight back, I noticed that it wasn't simply a human being fighting back. I know it's sound pretty Damn funny and unbelievable but you just got to believe what I'm saying.

At first, I was a little bit rusty and kinda slow at hitting the lamp, which was ATTACKING me.

Yeah, it was a lamp who was fighting me...

This thing even had a face. It looked weird and kinda creepy. I was actually horrified.

What the hell is going on?

I eventually had enough and ended up smashing my lamp hard onto the ground. I was mad at how I now needed to get a new lamp but it didn't matter. As long as I was safe, it was all good. Plus,  It was over.

Or so I thought...

I heard a scream from my siblings' room. I ran out to the hall and saw the house was in a uproar; the whole place was in chaos and everything was a wreck.

I busted open my brother's Jimmy who was trying to fight back against his lamp. Apparently, his Lamp came to "Life".

It was before long I smashed his lamp hard down to the ground. I looked at Jimmy who seemed shooked up at the scene he had witness.

Then, I heard a earsplitting scream that pierced though the house. I immediately rushed to my sister Patricia's room.

As I went to open the door, I couldn't bulge it open. I decided that the best way to open that Damn door was none other than to bust down the door.

I slammed my body hard into the door which busted wide open as I came in to save my sister.

I noticed that it wasn't just her lamp attacking but also her personal items, such as her alarm clock and her DVD Cassette player.

Jimmy had already decided to give me a hand so together, we both smashed the lamp, the clock and the VHS player in a matter of a few minutes.

Wow...new record...

After breaking her lamp, I felt noticed that the commotion had died done. For now...

"The hell was all that for?", I muttered to myself. I turned to my siblings who looked like they could wet their pants anytime soon. Idiots, they were.

I decided to see if my mom was having the same problem. And apparently she was...
