Chapter 1 Change of character

Reka's pov

As I woke up, I looked at my clock, It was 2:00 pm. I got up and out of bed to get ready for the day. That's when my 'so called mom(stepmom)' entered my room. She looked really excited and I didn't want to know the reason to why. Saddly for me it didn't look like I could get out of what was about to happen. I turned a round and headed to the bathroom when all of a sudden she turned to face me and got closer. As she starded talking she looked like she just wanted to get this over with.

She looked at me staight in the eyes and spoke "I don't have any regret of what I am about to say, but I also don't want to say that I will lend or help on anything that is about to happen. Okay?" I nooded in responce. "I want you out of this house by tomorrow morning and don't ever come back." She said. I looked at her with confusion  obviously faking but not making it noticeable. She looked satisfied with what she said.

I knew that she bever liked me since she married with my father when I was 10. But I never expected for this to happen. A few months ago she was all over my father begging him to let me go out with her for a girls night so that she can get to know me. My father asked if he could take her on a date instead. Obviously she agreed but she didn't know that my dad actualy meant that all of us would go. She got dressed up looking like a friking mannequin with an overly dramatic amount of jewelry all over her dress and neck.

When she say that I was also ready to head out with them she got angry but tried to hide it. The next day she wanted to speak with my father privately. As they headed to my fathers office I followed them in secret and listed in on their conversation. She told my father that  I looked old enough to live on my own. Washing finished speaking with my father I had it upstairs looking for all the savings I have saved up from the day that my mother passed away. I was actually planning on moving away when I had saved up enough. Eventually I decided to stay but I just kept on saving money just in case if something ever happened that involved me having to go somewhere.
