"Tetsuya, what do you think of the flowers this morning?" Akashi-san asked, giving me a warm smile.

I blinked and tilted my head. "They all look the same," I replied.

He frowned.

Did I answer wrong?

He sighed before walking up to the table to drink his coffee.

I walked up to him, confused. Very confused. "Akashi-san, did I answer wrong?" I asked him.

He turned his head to me and forced a smile.

Why would he smile when he don't want to? "No, no, I wasn't expecting that kind of answer," he simply said. He took out his newspaper and started reading. With sad eyes casted on his face, I could tell that he was actually in a different world.

I don't like it if Akashi-san is sad, I'd rather like him to be happy.

"Akashi-san, how about we go and have some tea in the flowers, if that would make you happy," I asked him.

He put his newspaper down and looked at me bewildered.

What? Did I say something wrong again??

His expression softened and started giving some chuckles before going up to hug me.

"Sure, anything for you, Tetsuya," he said.

Was he happy?

I patted his back and he let go.

"Let's go have some tea outside?" he asked.

I just simply nodded and followed him.

Akashi and Tetsuya sat under a Sakura Tree under the bright and sunny sky.

"Isn't the day beautiful, Tetsuya?" he asked.

Tetsuya tilted his head and blinked.

"It's looks like any other day, Akashi-san," he replied, not getting where he was going.

Akashi sighed once more and put down his teacup.

"Did I answer wrong?" Tetsuya asked, stepping closer to his master.

Akashi shook his head and ruffled Tetsuya's hair. "It's alright," he says then stood up. "How about we go back to the lab? I need to fix something.”

Tetsuya nodded. He helped fix the things they laid out for the picnic and proceeded back to the lab.

"I'll need you to close your eyes, Tetsuya," Akashi said as he laid Tetsuya down on the lab table.

Tetsuya did so and closed his eyes.

Once Tetsuya's eyes were closed, Akashi pressed a button and Tetsuya no longer looked like he's breathing. Then, he rubbed the bridge of his nose and roughly sat on his chair.

"Another failure," he mumbled and closed his eyes.

He heard his doorbell ring, and he opened his eyes again. He sighed and got up from his chair.

"Coming, I'm coming," Akashi said. He opened his house's front door and was greeted by his fellow professor, professor Midorima. "Shintaro," Akashi greeted, and opened the door wider for Midorima to come in.
