            I woke to Ara bringing me breakfast in bed, I looked around and notice she had prepared a cold spoon for my swollen eyes and some Advil for the headache from crying. "Thank you, but you didn't-" I was cut off. "No, no Don't worry about it I know it's been tough I already saw."

She looked at me with sadness in her eyes but brightened up. "Why don't we go out today get everything off your mind?" I sat there and picked up the cold utensil and pressed it against me eye "sure." I smiled and looked down at the food in front of me. It would be nice to do something it's been a while since me and her have hung out.

I ate my food the swollen eye situation was alright and the swollen areas went down a bit. I got out of bed and changed into an oversized hoodie and a black pair of pants cuffed at the ankle with some old shoes. I bushed my hair and did my makeup. I had grabbed my bag and put my notebook, computer, wallet and some pencils and walked out all ready. Ara had been waiting for me for a little bit but she didn't mind.

"So where are we going?" Ara looked at me. "It's a secret." She said smiling her cheeks dusted with a pink rose colour. She was so cute,,, You must be thinking, iris... are you GAY? And the answer to that is nO. Why would a girl be gay for someone that was a sister to her? Hmm?.... Okay, fine I may be a little bit gay.

But I would never date any woman I just find women beautiful specimens. Ahh their silk like hair and feminine features. You could say that I had a thing for beautiful people maybe it's just my look on the world. Beautiful people are meant to be admired from afar. If your not careful that beautiful soul will die and wilt if you get too close.

Wow you must be thinking 'okay Iris we get it you like beautiful people you don't have to be so passionate' and too fucking bad because I love being passionate you ignorant twat. Anyways back to the story haHaA-

We both walked out I closed the door and locked it and turned to walk down the hallway. Having a hard time putting my keys away i kept missing my pocket. I was so distracted plus having my fucking hat in the way of my vision.  I walked into someone falling back and letting out a slight squeak from the impact. I rubbed my thigh it felt sore from the hard ass concrete flOor. "Shit, sorry" I squinted my eyes, that voice, it sounds familiar. I looked up and it was the dude from the other night. Wait, iS hE stAlkIng mE? I got up and faced him. "What are you doing here?" I asked confused and scared.

"I live here."

My face went blank 'HE leaves here?!' My mind was cluttered with thoughts like 'OMG THE HOT DUDE LIVES HERE' and 'AHH I FEEL BAD FOR CALLING HIN A STALKER'

I did really though, I shouldn't have judged he so quickly.

"Oh, well erm I guess we're neighbours then" I said with my eyes focused on the floor not making any eye contact he let out a nervous laugh and replied with "yeah." The awkward silence getting to me. "Iris?" I heard Ara chirp from the end of the hallway her head sticking out. "Oh, sorry to keep you waiting I was just talking to someone." I said the boy looked in areas direction. I spoke up before I left "well I have to be somewhere here but it was nice meeting you again." And I walked down the hallway to Ara.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." "No it fine, who.. who was that" she asked while wiggling her eyebrows I looked at her embarrassed and confused "W-WHaT?" She raised he eye brows and gave a cheeky smile "ooOoOO Iris has a CrUsh." "What-... NO STOP I DO NOT HAVE A CRUSH!"  I said back "Are u sure?" She said with that smirk on her face "ugh, l-let's just go." I said walking down the hall leaving her behind my cheeks burning up. We got to her car and got in. She started to drive towards more into downtown. My eyes started to grow heavy and I fell asleep resting my head on the door. When I woke up we had stopped and were parked in front of an amusement park. I looked at her she was putting away her things.

"Where are we?" She looked up "oh, your awake." She smiled "were at the amusement park, remember the one that opens every year for a month?" I had completely forgotten about it it been so long since I've been to one, last time I went I was only 13. I'm 20 now and going to college along with having a career on an app. I left my laptop and in the car and went out following behind Ara I stared up at the tall roller coasters with my mouth agape I was excited but fairly scared. We got our wristbands and walked in we enjoyed the rides, food and games. I was walking with Ara holding to the sleeve on her hoodie so that we wouldn't get separated.

I had walked into someone's shoulder hard and it made me fall into the ground the guys friends only laughed and the guy tuned around to see who had gotten in his way. It was him, my ex. Ara was helping me up as I just stared at him he was smiling like as if he liked seeing me hurt. My blood was boiling I was mad.

I grabbed a hold of Ara's hand and made sure he saw. His face dropped from cocky to pissed. "So you left me for your little girlfriend? I've seen you downgraded." He laughed with his buddy. "And I've seen you still haven't found anyone. A little late to the party I see." His friend just laughed, it pissed him off he got mad and walked away not saying anything. "I-... I'm sorry I know ur not gay" "no it's fine lol it felt good to see him pissed lol."

"Yeah."

Me and star decided to call it a day we went back to the car and drove home. Not thinking of what we would face at home.
