I opened my eyes and only saw the dim light from my lamp. I sat up, slowly, and looked around my room. There is clothes and garbage thrown around. I rolled out of bed, careful to not step on anything, or be to loud. Tonight, is the night I leave. I can't stand it in my house anymore. I grabbed my bag I had packed this morning. As quickly and quietly as possible, I opened my bedroom door. I tiptoed down the stairs. I tossed my father's bratty dog, princess, a bone so she wouldn't bark. Grabbing my car keys, I ran outside into the freezing air, started my car, and drove down the street.
