MYSTERIOUS JERK

Its mid october officialy the third month of freshman year ,and lets not forget the outburst i had in the hallway with beth. Ever since then people just sorta left me alone which i was totally fine with ,but i still would of wanted a companion of the sort to talk to.

Its 8:00 school starts at 8:45 so i quickly took a shower letting my hair dry in ebony ringlets and slipped on some black skinny genes my red vans and my favorite black hoodie. With 20 minutes to spare i went downstairs to the kitchen were my mom had already put a pile of pancakes and bacon on the table. i quickly sat and got a few pancakes on my plate along with some bacon.

i noticed my mom giving me sideways glances with a smile. Why in the world would she be smiling at me.

''Mom why are you looking at me like that''?i asked.

''Do you really want to know''? my mom said with a huge smile on her face."i suppose.'' i answered boredly.

''Well if you must know we have new neighbors'' she said excitedly.''And why does this concern me whether we have new neighbors or not and most of all why are you happy?''i replied with sarcasm.

'Well it concerns you because they have a very very atractive son in your grade and theyre coming over for dinner tonight." she all but screamed in excitement.

my mouth dropped open i could not believe what she was implying. she must be bat shit crazy i specifically told her i wanted no boy trouble this year.i must of been lost in thought cuz when i came to my mom was snapping her fingers in front of my face.

''Sloan sloan hello sloan isnt this great you can meet him maybe fall in lo-''

WHAT MOM ARE YOU CRAZY I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO BOYS. I HAVE NO INTEREST IN FALLING IN LOVE I HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO FOCUS ON THAN BOYS LIKE FINISHING HIGHSCHOOL GOING TO COLLEGE FINDING A CAREER CHOICE NOT BOYS. AND IM NOT MEETING HIM. I cut her off and as im grabbing my things i hear my mom mumble ''its happening'' but i ignored her and stormed out the door ignoring my moms shocked gaze. as i started making the walk to school i glanced at my watch it read 8:55 and its a 30 minute walk to school . ''oh joy late to school thanks mom.'' i thought.

when i finally made it to school it was 9:30 i was secretly glad i had art first period. well its not like anything else could go wrong today right. i thought as i walked into 1st period art. little did i know i was horribly wrong cuz i noticed a boy in my seat and the only available seat left was in the very front.

Fuming i walked up to this mysterious jerk. ''Hey this is my seat do you mind'' i said hotly. As soon as this mysterious stranger looked up i imediatley got lost in his almost ember eyes they looked like fire but within them was intense passion. And love?
