Time is a strange thing, more strange than you may think. Ebony Tinner used to think time was simple: it went on forever and never stopped or went backwards. But soon enough she found she was wrong.
A chilling wind made the young boy shiver. The closer he got to the door, the colder it got. There seemed to be a strange blue light on the other side, peeping through the cracks. The boy had been intrigued by it and went to investigate. He was only 11, he had jet black hair and almond shaped green eyes. He discovered the door the day before, but he hadn't had a proper look before it disappeared. Now he could see all its glory, the oak frame with a golden finish, the platinum body with some gold roses marked on it. It may have only been a door, but it was beautiful. That was the problem. It drew people in, flashing the gold and platinum in their faces. Making them want to touch it to just stare at it, then simply open the door. But it was what was on the other side of the door that is what they should be warned about! But sure enough the foolish child touched the golden handle and pulled open the door...
