Lyric is 12 years old but has been in foster care since she was 5 she has given up the idea of getting adopted... she thinks no one would want a 12 year old... day she decides to run off and go see the newest broadway musical Hamilton with know mone...

Speaking of Groff. He's actually coming over today because I requested him to!
I'm going to talk to Lin and him about what's going on between them! It might be stupid that I think so much about it but oh well! I'm still a Hamilton fan! Just because my dad happens to be the writer of it doesn't change a things... did I just say dad? I guess I do think of him as a dad!
I run down stairs and hope on the couch next to him. I think I'm just gonna play it cool. I join him watching Greece I glance at him out of the corner of my eye and smile softly
"Hey dad"
"Hey swee-"he sits up and turns off the TV then looks at me "wait did you just say dad!?"
"Is that okay?"
He Smiles and jumps up "of course that's okay!! He walks off a bit "No puedo esperar para contarle sobre mi relación con Groff!" (I can't wait to tell her about my relationship with Groff)
I get up and follow him "speaking of Groff" he turns to me and smiles that smile is going to change in no time "Papá, ¿cuándo estará aquí?" (Dad, when will he be here)
His eyes go wide and he looks worried "uh- uh um anytime" I smile "what? Didn't think I knew how to speak Español" he shakes his head no "didn't know I was Half Puerto Rican and took Spanish online at school... sorry gifted Spanish class" I smirk "oh shit" I hear the front door and I turn to see Groff walking in
I run to him and give him a big hug "GROFF!! I missed you!!!" He hugs me back "I missed you moreee!"
"Jonathan! Lyric! We need to talk!"
Jonathan and I sit on the couch lin on a foot stool in front of me. He looks at Jon then me
"Soooooo.... you know don't you?"
"I have theories... but I want you to tell me... dad-" he smiles at the word dad and Jon gasps slightly "-I'm apart of your life now... and if there is something big like... I don't know a relationship... I would like to know..."
Dad looks over at Groff and he nods in agreement. Dad takes a deep breath and grabs my hand and Groffs hand
" we are together... we didn't know how to tell you... I'm so glade to tell you"
I smile "thank you dad I-"
"Dad!! Oh my god when did she start calling you that!?"
"Today... I don't really no... I didn't realize that I saw him as my dad till I called him that in my thoughts... it had a good ring to it... I never got to call anyone that... I couldn't ask for a better person to call dad to be honest..."
Lin reaches over and hugs me and Groff dose the same
"How about pizza and a movie night?"
I smile "fine but we have to watch Aladdin! That is my favorite!"
