Chun Li:

My dark hair fell down the top part shoulder as I sat up in bed stretching and yawning.

It was going to be an interesting day since father was electing me as the new mafia leader of our gang. I felt honored really, but I kind of wanted to play my own life how I yearned to have it.

I had jumped out of bed, put on my favorite blue tee, and zipped down the stairs. Ae, our maid, was humming to herself and cooking her famous noodles in the kitchen.

I sat down happily at the table and waited for my bowl to arrive. Finally, Ae laid it down as the steam pressed against my cheeks.

I grabbed the chopsticks and started chowing down onto the dish. "Oh Chun Li, slow down you're going to suffocate dear." After I had slurped what was left of the gulp, I sighed. "Ae Ae it's okay, you know how I am a fast eater!" Smiling, the sweet maid patted my head and lifted up the bowl from the bamboo mat.

"Thanks for the meal Ae," I said delightfully after pushing in my chair. Ae bowed and started washing the bowl.

Once I left the kitchen I went back into my room and put on my ox horns and blue qipao. Afterwards, I run out the door to meet with my father. His wrinkled flesh turned into a flashy grin as he through his hands in the air. "Oh my daughter how nice of you to drop by and see my own pruny presence." I rolled my eyes at that stupid comment he had proclaimed about himself. "Father I get it, you're old now, no need to pin point it on the billboard." I snorted and embraced him.

My father fixed his favorite red tie and somewhat had a serious tone of voice. "Chun Li, since you're older, I'd like to have discuss about your future." I knew it, I knew this day would come when the time was right. Sadly though, the time cant be right for me.

I breathed in a gulp of anxious and gently put my hand to my forehead. "Dad, I told you once, I don't want to be the head of the mafia, I want to do my own thing.." Dorai's face tightened and his eyebrows arched down vigorously, "Chun Li, you cannot just decline this, it's part of out family for many years!"

Silently I paced my thoughts, It's always what he wants.. I stretched out my defeat of my father's point and slanted next to the pole of the side walk. "Dad lets chat up later, I have to go to school and gym now okay?

My father nodded and drove off.  I continued to scurry down that sidewalk all the way toward my academy.  It was now lunch time, everyone in my class chatted on while I sat on the perch of the window sill, eating my steamed vegetables.  In a sudden, my friend, Meixiang, popped up behind me with her eccentric burgundy hair flowing behind her.  "Hey Hey, whatcha eating?" I turned around an eyed her.

Meixiang sighed, "Chun Li, why do you have to be serious all the time!" I softened my somewhat stiffened face and put my face onto my palm.  "Mei, have you ever wondered about how you could be worth so much more?" Meixiang shrugged and responded, " My parents tell me to not fantasize about thoughts like that." I breath out a big sigh and finished off my lunch.  Later in the day and after going to the gym, I head back to my house to have dinner with my family.

When I had finally walked into the entrance, but my house was empty and the windows were busted. Worried, I ran into the back yard and Ae was lying in the grass half conscious. "Ae what happened here!?" Ae grunted and moaned, "Chun Li, M. Bison's henchman came and took you father away because he owed them money.." Angered tears staggered down my round face, "Ae, I'm so sorry, I can't believe I let this happen, where did they take him?"

Ae handed me an envelope with a blue seal. "Read this my child, and you will know." She smiled weakly and passed out. I took her to the clinic for her to rest. In the waiting room, I tore open the letter and started to skim through it.

I gripped the paper and got up from my seat. If this will get to my father, I must prepare. I put the paper in my pocket and head to look for clues.
